Well, give it a go but if you feel you really want it,than go for it. That's why I eat slimfast chocs when I crave, it has only 99 calories-at least I don't go for a Mars bar though I want to:). I believe in moderation, I always have a slice of cake when feel like but never more than a slice and never more than once a day :).

Yay! Another pound off for me so -1, 3/12! Tbh it has been another rough week and I was sure I would have another STS.

Hi Zig, you've been bit quiet lately, well done on the loss :) - what are you aiming for? Was last night's tea as good as it looks?! Nomnom!

We went to the pub for tea and I had chicken korma! Not the healthiest of curry choices I know but in my defence I did have rice rather than chips, and it was sooo goood!! OH on the other hand had a 'TRIPLE ultimate burger' - yes that's right, THREE burgers in a bun!

Hi Tete :) Been busy really! But feeling ok, just getting used to everything! I'm aiming for 2 stone off ideally. But for the moment just to get down to 11st. So I have 8 more pounds to lose for that mini goal.

The chicken korma sounds tasty! But the burger sounds insane!!

Well done Kavics, LMMS, and Lara! :T

Went out last night for a friends suprise birthday party, it was at pizza express so I made sure I checked the menu online before I left, ordered something under 500 calories, and was on diet coke all night. Unfortunately birthday cake then went around, but it was only a very small piece and I still reakon I was only at 1300 calories for the day anyway, so wasn't a major wobble as I'd only had a ham WW ham bagel and a quorn burger in wholemeal bun all day.

  • Morning, just reporting in with a 1.5lb loss (total loss 18.5lbs) - was 10st1.5 this morning, unbeliveably as I've seriously fallen off the chocolate wagon!

Everyone sounds like they're doing really well! Keep it up! Planned food for today is:

    Breakfast: coffee
    Snack: cereal bar
Dinner: Jacket spud with cottage cheese
    Tea: Soup or porridge

Plus various teas coffees throughout the day :) I'm starving but feeling rejuvenated at having a loss!

I dread to think what weigh-in will hold for me! The weekend was baaaaaad!

I'm trying to be good now though, have a WW risotto thing for lunch and it'll probably be stir fry or something for dinner. I'll try to get some Just Dance time in too for a bit of exercise!

Morning! I'm working from home tomorrow which is BAD as I've had some porridge and I'm already thinking about what I can eat next!

Hope everyone else is going well :)
