Well done all you losers!!! I finally got OH to weight me this morning and he says i'm now 10st 5lbs so a loss of 2lbs since last weekHave to say i'm not feeling thinner.
Poddle - Hulahooping sounds good plan. Will have to look out for a hoop.
If anyone has Sky they have a channel which has lots of fitness programmes on. I've done a couple of aerobics, but i've seen yoga, pilates and street dance on there. I'm thinking about the gym, but wondering if I would go. Ironically the only reason I get this channel is it's in the same package as the food channels :rotfl: Off to see what I can do before OH comes home!!:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

Just did a workout from the body and balance channel - cardio for beginners, was really goodABout 20minutes in all. A nice gentle start to the day as i'm working this afternoon. And the best bit is there was nobody to laugh at me hehe

Very quiet here today.
Breakfast:new kellogg's cereal (baked one with strawberry, yum!), yoghurt
Lunch: potato croquettes, peas and sweetcorn, yoghurt
dinner: spinach and ricotta lasagne
Snack: slimfast choc bar0 -
Is everyone having Friday treats I wonder?
I've had:
Breakfast: coffee and Rice Krispies
Morning: 2 coffees
Dinner: tuna salad
Afternoon: 2 teas
Tea: PIZZA!!! Eeek, but it is the weekend, so I might top it off with some wine! (is this why I'm not losing any weight?)

I can't stop thinking about chocolate, seriously!! A girl at work said she did it one year, and she did manage it, but she put loads of weight on because she was eating so much other stuff to try and satisfy herself!
