Do you think a tub of Nivea I've had for 7 years and had to scrape mould off yesterday should go in the bin? :o
Yes. Any mouldy cosmetics or toiletries need to go in the bin

thank you for the tip, will try it on my windows
I have metal window frames, and it works well preventing mould & mildew on those.

Is it strange that I am sitting here in work, watching you all updating your lists and doing your HHC's and I WANT TO BE AT HOME JOINING IN DOING AN HHC WITH YOU ?????:rotfl::eek::rotfl::eek::rotfl:
Imagine how frustrating it is working from home then, and being unable to join in ;)

No flying done. Parsnip & ginger soup made and eaten. Need to do flying and laundry, but even more urgently, need to get some work done!

    Evening ladies

Have been having a flick through the list bt wayyy too much to remember so big apologies. It has been hard this week having to work the full week after so long off so flying has been minimal since Tuesday and today I have already had a sleep since I have been in.

Am just going to prepare a list for tomorrow as will be in all day as Littlemeister is having a friend round which will be fun as she is a lovely whiney little girl :D

Littlemeister on the other hand has worked hard to try and keep her room looking reasonable this week - printed off the Flylady student journal for her and she has tried so will be rewarded with some surprise pocket money this week so perhaps we could have a star or special award for her please toots

Ok list to go although DH will be taking to his bed after the night shift so will get done what I can in order to have some chill out time with the kids.

Tooch - Congratulations on your niece :D
Hex How nice of them to do that for you, I would get them framed as well
Sabs10 - What an experience for you, I was in with my sister and she got taken into theatre in the end and there was only 1 allowed in with her so obviously her partner went in, but even being there whilst she was going through her labour was an experience. Wish someone had cleaned my kitchen and had some nice home cooking ready for me, when my 2nd was born, it was a shock to my system, my house was a tip for weeks and weeks but it never helped that he was stuck to my boob for 2 hours at a time

Got letter from DSS for the solicitor so I don't have to pay for the divorce :D (apparently KHs solicitor is costing him a fortune.. see my heart bleed?)

As I am fairly new and having read your posts and how much your KH annoys you bringing littlies back late/tired/not bathed (hence the divorce) I thought you were already divorced but well done you thats fab news :T:T

That must be even harder, I alway thought it would be good working from home away from phones ringing and customers moaning :D

Can anyone join the FB flyladies? I am sure I put in a request but with the account I have now, do I need to open another one with my Flylady name?

Methinks its wine o clock now just in time for CBB, I have a wee bottle of rose in the fridge with my name on it calling on me ;)

Yes, as long as you are a flylady. You just need to put your flylady name on your request or Lil Me/Pigpen will not have a clue who you are. Send it again if in doubt. If you are doing friend requests it is best to add a personal message with your MSE name on if it is not obvious. Some of us use real names, others (like me) are on under pseudonyms (sp?)

Off for a bath in my shiney clean (but still horrid and avacado) bathroom.

    Hi Everyone

Just caught up with the thread and am totally overwhelmed by the support you have shown us all today. Thank you to each and everyone of you, it is very much appreciated.

It has been a long tiring day at work and apart from one wobble it was not too bad. I told them all it was Yellow Day and we had cakes to celebrate :)

  • Good evening!

Well the teeth are out. The injections were worse than the pulling of the teeth. At one stage he put the needle in were the infection was and I almost hit the roof. Got pain now, guess you can't call it toothache though!

Anyway, I soldiered on and I have earned ANOTHER STAR!!!

The bathroom was really easy this week actually as I followed the list last week and scrubbed it then so not that bad today! So glad I am keeping up with it and yes, I think you are right when you say it gets easier!

Just the curtains in the bedroom to wash and I have got all five! Will do it tomorrow.

Hugs to all that need it, whilst I read some posts I usually just scan over most so sorry if I don't mention everyone individually.

Off to bed now, taken painkillers so hope I can sleep.

Oh Ex still in hospital, they are keeping him in until Monday and then he is hoping to get some assistance with his alcohol problem. Sounds like he is staying up North for a while which is good because I always felt edgy when he was in the area, especially when he lived in the village.

I've not seen a request from you.. if you request membership again I'll watch out for it I am on there 24/7

KH left in March last year and with everything going on I didn't see the point in hurrying a divorce when there was really no need and I had other more important stuff to do.. beginning of december I decided to go for it and that I wanted to divorce him rather than vice versa.. being a control freak and all.. so it hasn't been going on long at all.. we are both seeing other people and have been for a while... the woman he is seeing is not the same one he was seeing when he was here or the one he caught 'body lice' from.. ;)
