Evening all, been MIA past couple of days. Feeling really low atm, and just cant seem to pull myself out of it. Have still been flying tho sooooo....

    BATHROOOM DONE:j:j:T:T:D

Bedrooms are disgusting this week so I am going to make them my 'project for this weekend. I am considering seperating the boys( they share a room atm) into their own rooms and see if that helps with the constant fighting and whinging and whining. Maybe if they have their own 'space' things might improve. Feels like they are out to try and put me in the loony bin atm.
Anyhoo, just considering it, but need to clear out the clutter and junk in the spare room/craft room just incase I decide to. So will be spending alot of my time upstairs this weekend!!

Toots - I have the deeds and things and tracing the house history was on my to do list. The last people moved in in their 30s and died in their 80s! He was the treasurer of the local history society and it is frustrating that the work he did on this place was lost. I found copies of the photos in when I did the early research but so exciting to have the originals. The sons kindly left us the old aerial photos of the house from the 90s when we moved in but it is just great that they have made the effort after three years to get these pictures to us. I will get them cleaned, mounted and framed if we have to live on lentils for the next month. Luckily DH agrees.

I am trying to sort our bedroom in 15 minute bursts. I want to deep clean including washing the walls and so on. A lot on this week end so not sure how far I will get. I do hate it when we go up to a pigsty though.

ETA Summermoon if you have the option of splitting them up then it has to be worth a try?
Sunnyzo - plant bulbs, I like that list! What are you planting? I wish I had the funds to put anything in but not an option atm. Need to get my potatoes tubers soon, and an alan roman order, things that pay for themselves rather than just things that make me smile.

Managed to get all 4 bedrooms done, gee it was boring.

Dinner done but I need to clear up in a minute but think I'll wait until the pudding requests are over.

    Hex
    - I'd be so excited too - there is a book in our library which list previous residents for a few years, I was excited by that and we have an old ariel shot of our house in 1928 and 1942 but I'd love to see pictures of people who lived here and shots of indoor decor

Still trying to choose some flooring for the shower room conversion so will do some more research now.

boddy hope your Mum feels better soon
    hex how wonderful!
poohbear pleased you managed to get out
pigpen, happy birthday to the special little one, doesn't seem like 2 minutes since you said she was expecting
Lovely to see people showing their support today, never ceases to amaze me

Another tiring day, course this time, interesting but I am shattered! Of course nothing here was done apart from what I did before I left, he didn't even look at the TD...unfortunately most what I had sorted and cleaned up gas been well messed up so this might be a long cleaning weekend. I could do with a snooze now but kids still up. I also need to go get some food tomorrow (animal and human) and get DPs Grandmother something for her birthday.

Think even if I have done the lists I'll just work back through them over the weekend, plus my own extras, should get things done. Going for a HHC until 7pm to keep me awake!
One day I might be more organised...........
