Potty sympathies I hate puking. I have BANNED my class from puking;) they are told, if they feel sick, to go to the sink and NOT to puke on the carpet...
I trained my kids to run to the bathroom THEN shout for me...and can highly recommend pop-up removable plugs
My sister is brilliant though - after a 'heavy' night in Gran canaria I didn'tmake it back to the flat thing - but to the public loos with a row of 5 sinks..well SHE should be a FLYLADY
.
Aye...no puking today
But still have that feeling in my stomache
And... it is coming out the other end now:o

It has been a long tiring day at work and apart from one wobble it was not too bad. I told them all it was Yellow Day and we had cakes to celebrate
That's lovely AnW - give a big hug to Miss A and Master W from me when they go to bed tonight (if they're not there already - and if they are go in and give 'em a hug anyway!) And then give yourself a hug from me xxsoappie..... what does NN mean please ?? I have seen you mention it a few times before, and I think its an elderly nana, or similar ??:A
Nopot - NN is Nice Neighbour. My neighbour on the otherside is usually referred to as git face. He's harmless but did try to infer the tree in my front garden was clogging up his drains and wanted it taken down. A proper drain inspection showed it was nothing to do with my tree! He's also out the front nearly every waking hour when he's home playing with his cars. He even polishes the engines for heavens sakes!
NN is a 73 year old widow who works full time 4 days a week and is like a Mum to me. We've been friends for years and I love her to bits. We get together every Friday evening (alternate between her house and mine) for gin and gossip. And usually go on holiday together once a year - taking BB of course!
Hope your ickiness clears up soon xxxI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Thats how I have been feeling for a week now, and the other end too, so huge hugs xx
So far, so good today, but am back on diet, sort of!!! Don't think my body is used to so much fatty foods for a long time since starting diet. Have you been eating anything differently?
Hope you feel better soon xx0 -
I'm going to leave the thread for a while why I try to get myself together. Depression is really biting as well as whatever this physical problem is that I've been dealing with the last few weeks, and I just can't fly. I will be getting the results of my blood tests next week so hopefully that will show somethng and I might feel a bit better if they can treat whatever it is. Anyway, all I seem to do is moan and that's not fun for you.
I might be back in a few days, or it may be longer, but I don't feel I should post when I'm not really doing any flying.
Warm love and hugs to you all xx"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
