    Skimmed milk - hea
B - toast (heb), tsp marg (2syns) and apple.
    D - pasta and HM tom sauce (1syn) & tsblsp parmesan (1.5syns)
T - Lentil loaf (6syns) onion gravy(1.5syns), cabbage and mash (tsp marg 2syns)
Also 2 mullerlights, banana and a tiny piece of chocolate I'll call 1 syn.(13 syns).

    Today is DD2's birthday so:
B - slice of birthday cake(!!)
L - HM tom sauce (1syn), noodles and tblsp parmesan (1.5syns)
T - veg stew (half tsp oil 1 syn) and baked pot with dsp marg (4 syns).

I don't know how many syns in the cake (I might look it up later - or not!) but I will try to stick to this today and hopefully I won't do too much damage.

Well done to everybody who has lost.
