Well done on not gaining any of the weight back during your time off plan, that bodes well for the future.
The EE plan is really easy, honestly....
There are 3 steps to every day (just like the Original and Green plans).
1) Make full use of free foods first and foremost.
2) have one HEA and one HEB from the lists for both Original and Green days.
3) Still have 5-15 syns a day and if the syn value differs for the O and G plan, you take the lowest value for EE (yes really!).
Weight losses are good, but the best way to guarantee a good loss is to make one third of your plate all superfree foods (eg; if you want a steak with SW chips, fill one third of your plate with a salad, or use mushrooms, tomatoes etc - must be superfree, not just free foods.
If you look on the website, you will find a 7 day plan giving you lots of ideas.
Take courage and give it a go - it really does work0 -
Sorry not been on here for a few days. I've still to read through last few days posts.
Went to weigh in last night and lost 1lb.
I was expecting a bit more as have been really good except for Sat when I had 3 glasses of wine and pkt of crisps, but had a stir fry and had allowed extra syns as hadn't used all my quota for the week.
I mentioned last night that I hadn't got 1/2 st award and it was as though I was asking for gold. I couldn't stay to class last night so didn't get it, and she was not pleased I was leaving. This is my 4th week going and still hasn't been a proper class. This was the reason I stopped going before.
Anyway, rant over. I don't think green days are helping me this time. When I joined first time round it was mainly red days and that's when my weight loss was good (but did get fed up with chicken all the time). This time it's been mainly SW chips, baked pots and pasta.
I know 1lb is a steady weight loss a week. I think it's just me
I'll try meat days from 2 moro as don't have anything in and see how it goes.

ps Marions pudding is great, had it with banana and toffee muller. + got Scan bran to crumble in my beans:hello: Never say Never :smileyhea0 -
Morning everyone, haven't been on for a few days as i've been really busy at work and not getting in til late. Anyway 1st weigh in this morning and ......i've only lost 1/2 lb!!!!!! I'm not sure what i've done wrong and if anyone has any tips for me then they would be welcome!! I've been doing EE all week and have had a total of 85 syns for the week. I think i'm going to try EE for 1 more week and then if I still don't lose much then go back to red and green days as I know this definately works for me. Am a bit annoyed and frustrated as I was feeling better and less bloated and was hoping for a good 1st weeks loss, oh well have to try again this week!!Goal weight....lighter than when I started0

Dont worry too much, 1/2 lb is still a loss and in the right direction. It could be something simple you are doing. A girl in my class had been drinking low sugar high juice for a week and had drunk a whole bottle thinking it free but it had quite a lot of syns which she hadnt counted, she only lost 1/2 lb in her first week, the next week she lost 5lb.
Or you could be one of those people that loses every 2 weeks. I find that happens quite a lot with me and seems to be a pattern in the class. One slow week with either a small loss or sts then the next week 2-3lbs.
Your body will get used to al the different healthy food you are eating and your metabolism will change. So make sure you are eating plenty, especially superspeed and im sure you will see the difference next week. dont be disheartened.
try posting your food diary here for the whole week making sure you put everything down and if theres something amiss then we will let you know. If you are keeping a food diary you can give it to your consultant to have a look over and she will tell you.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
today will be a green day
brekkie - 2 poached eggs on toast (heb), cuppa using milk from hea.
lunch - cheese sandwich and a mugshot ( I know some people think these are rank, but I love the sweet and spicy one, I love dunking my cheese sarnie in it, yum yum.) (hea, HEb)
Dinner - quorn chicken curry, rice. (free)
snacks, loads of fruit as wont be having much super speed foods with lunch or dinner, ive run out of salad stuff. and wont be shopping till Wed.
if i get peckish tonight I will snack on salt and chilli SW chips.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Crikey your consultant/class sounds awful! Is there another one that you could get to? I am the weigh in lady for our club and it doesn't make any difference if you stay to class as far as your right to your awards go. You lost the weight, you earned the award and darn it you should have that shiny sticker:mad::rotfl::rotfl:.
Seriously though - 1 pound is fine, it is a healthy weight loss and won't leave you with saggy skin:j Did they give you your award in the end? I think I would have phoned head office by now and complained about the standard of the class! (Well actually I wouldn't because I am a big chicken but I would probably just not go anymore and stay at home and eat:o grrrr).
I am so glad you liked my pudding - the toffee banana combination is one of my favorites! In fact I have been known to make this of an evening and eat it while watching tv. It fills me up and stops me munching other naughty things instead!
Love

I think I am going to try and follow the sample menu from the SW site. I have dipped my toe in a couple of times but never followed it for a whole week:D So today I am having:
Poached eggs and baked beans on toast (2 slices wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf).
Jacket potato and tuna with lots of crispy salad and 2 mini Babybel cheeses.
Chicken Kiev (2½ Syns) with Free chips, peas, carrots and broccoli.
Have already had the breakfast and I do feel nice and full. Am about to take my Charlie to the park (thats him on my icon) and see if I can hobble around for a bit. My knees are so painful at the moment, maybe due to the cold?

On the EE plan, a third of the plate sould be filled with SS food. What are the SS foods, if anyone has a quick link please. I know I do green days but I'd like to really fill up on the SS foods 1st. Spesh as I'm out today for lunch & will eat my own weight in chips
