Lost 1.5lb this week (8 altogether) :D Didn't get my half stone sticker though, because they didn't have any :( Not even a stone one that they could cut in half :( Anyway my plan of not having too many stodgy green days and mostly sticking to EE seems to be working. I was hoping to copy the special fried rice recipe from the feasts for under a fiver book (think that's what it's called?) but the book wasn't there tonight. Does anyone know if it's on the SW website atall?
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

Nice to have you back. we missed you.:D
    It's strange isn't it, a couple of weeks ago i had 2 days off plan,eating what i wanted-except when i had it ,I didn't want it.:rotfl:
I feel much better when following it.

    good luck

    Jo
Can I come crawling back please?!

I decided a day or 2 ago that because I wasn't properly sticking to plan I might as well give up and just try to eat better and move more. Well today I've had 2 pasties :o 2 malteser bunnies and half a bag of crisps as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now I have come totally off plan I am binging again, whereas when I thought in the back of my mind I was loosely on plan I was much better behaved?. . . . . . Hope you understand that because I'm not sure I do :rotfl:

I'm not going to put too much pressure on myself to stick to it 100% at the minute, could be a few flexible syns day, but hopefully by the time things have died down at home I'll be in the swing of it.

I use tesco own sweetner which is just like canderel but cheaper :j

re the quark thing, the blue cheese has been 'blending' since the weekend and hubby tried it today and its still 'tangy'. Will have to get more blue cheese but begining to think this will defeat the object lol.

    Anyway MY food today was

    B - 3 weetabix [b's] milk [a] coffee

L - pasta & rice salad, tom, cue, p/onion, carrot, spoon of extra light mayo [.5 syn] [took me a couple of hours to eat as watching Twilight New Moon]

T - ate quite late, 2 baked spuds, beans, splash brown sauce [1 syn]

Snacks - choc digestive [4syns] Hubby forced me

    Syns - 5.5
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
    Keep the Faith All

I think that you can't get past the quark "tang" no matter what you put in it.
You can tweak it (i mix it with WW creme fraiche 1/2 syn a tbsp-really nice!!) to make it less noticable but if you really don't like it find a different way to make your sauce- it may mean more syns- but if it is nice it is worth it.
