I have had a green day today
Brekkie - weetabix and milk
Snack - veg sushi and grapes
lunch jacket pot cheese and side salad - way too much cheese so i took the potatoe out and put it on the side salad so i didn't eat the cheese (sooo proud cos I would have licked the cheese up normally
Tea - egg fried rice plain noodles and veg (11 syns )
FF Yog orange grapes
mmmmm
and last night i went out on my first night out since ummmmmmmmmmmmm well that long ago i don't remember ????may and was good 4 vodkas and slimline tonic for 10 syns but how many syns was my bad head this morning???? Well then, tackle one day at a time. Spend an hour tonight planning what you will eat tomorrow. Allow yourself lots of food (make as much as possible free foods) and plan exactly how you will use up your syns - all 15 of them.
Plan for a big breakfast - maybe bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and even home-made hash browns.
Lunch - perhaps a chicken breast, stuffed with HEA cheese and a rasher of lean bacon wrapped round (pin together with a cocktail stick). Serve with dry-roast potatoes, parsnips, sweet potatoes and your favourite yummy veg.
Dinner - hard-boiled eggs, chopped and mixed with a little black pepper, Helmann's Extra light mayo on a bed of salad leaves. Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion etc etc.
Treats........well, that's up to you. You could have a glass of wine (or two). You could have a Curly Wurly (my personal favourite cos it takes ages to eat). You could have almost anything. Look in your food optimising book at the syn list and pick out whatever you fancy up to your limit of 15.
Don't forget to drink lots of water or sugar-free squash 'n water right through the day. Keep yourself hydrated, it's a mood lifter IMO.
Just think about tomorrow. If you make it right through the day staying on target, give yourself a huge pat on the back, come on here and post and we'll give you anotherBUT, if you don't make it all the way without going off track, don't consider yourself a failure, look at what you did do right and celebrate that. Promise yourself that the next day, you'll go just a bit longer before you succumb to something off-plan.
The very worst thing you can do is hate yourself - after all, if you're so hateful, what's the point in trying to better yourself? You know, you're not hateful, your situation is, but that will end sooner, rather than later, so there'll soon be lots to celbrate. Celebrate a new you at the same time!!!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Dontknowanymore - Please please please do not hate yourself. You have taken action that some women aren't brave enough to do. You have been brave and strong enough to do it! Yes, i imagine it must be hell for you at the moment, BUT you WILL win this battle. You have already made the biggest step by getting yourself out of there! :T You are a brave, strong woman, who is an amazing person and wonderful mother! As consultant said - take things one day at a time, don't put pressure on yourself.
If you need to get things off your chest, post it on here (you can PM me at anytime!) We're all here to listen and help you as much as poss! I'm wishing you all the luck in the world, and i'm sending MASSIVE HUGS right your way. Don't forget - you can do this!!All hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

Yesterday's food (EE Day)
B - Jordan's museli (HEB) with cup of tea (HEA)
L - (on the go) Roast chicken, fruit
S - 2 rich tea fingers (2syns) 1 mikado stick (1/2 syn)
D - Chinese (ooooooops!) 4 big spoons of Egg Fried Rice (4) Mixed vegetable chow mein (? i'm guessing about 7 syns - the same as chicken chow mein) but when they said veg, they meant it!! It was packed with onion, spring onion, baby corn, peppers, courgette, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts and beanshoots!! Yum! Also had couple of spoons of curry sauce (6 syns per serving so allowing 3 to be safe - as only had a small amount) Had about 4 chips and a mini spring roll (??)
so thats 14 syns without the s/roll and chips lol + the 2.5 syns from the morning!!
Will do better today!!All hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

lol my sons on this diet with me which helps a lot for shopping and not having crap in the house
well dunno if any of you have seen the chicken slices wuth stuffing in middle at morrisons, its packaged and you get 4 slices, says carvery chicken with stuffing
well he loves that and been after it, ive said cos of the stuffing it wont be free, so we avoided it
he caved yesterday and got some, i just checked syns calculator having the chicken as free food and it showed up free on EE and original and only half a syn on green
uhmmm do i tell him after all this time its a free food lol xxx0 -
oh and i forgot to put clock forward , im so glad i work from home lol xxx0

Just read what you had for chinese and its similar to what I had, now feeling slightly better as wasn't a complete blow out syn wise although am well over for the week. New start/new week tomorrow. Good news is I was bought a new pair of scales, just need to get a battery. No more squinting at the dodgy needle :T.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

dont be put off if you weigh different on the new scales it can go either way as in more or less
i have two sets of scales one with a needle and one digital and the digital is half a stone heavier than the needle one
plus both my scales are different to Weight watchers ones and SW ones
so work on the loss rather than the total weight
and dotn do what i done in past weighed myself on both cos even that loss is different , one id lose 2lb the other id stay same lolxxx0
