I mentioned before that Ocado online do the wholegrain crackerbread so maybe waitrose do it too as they are supposedly one and the same.
According to this link
http://www.ryvita.co.uk/products/crackerbread/wholegrain-crackerbread they are available everywhere  If only................
Thank you for your e-mail regarding an outlet for our Crackerbread Wholegrain 125g, and I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulty in locating this product.
On checking with our Sales Department, we have made recent deliveries into the central warehouses of Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury and Asda. However, we are unable to tell you if your local stores order this product. Unfortunately, once we have negotiated a product listing with a major store, we have no control over which of their particular branches stock our product. Although we would like all stores to stock our complete range, it is the decision of the stores themselves. The managers base their decisions on the expected demand for each product and the available display area. However, your local store manager might be persuaded to stock your favourites if shown that there is sufficient demand.
If you would care to phone one of the following numbers, they will be able to tell you which is the nearest store to you.
Helpline for Tesco 0800 50 55 55
Sainsbury 0800 63 62 62
Asda 0500 100 055
Waitrose 0800 188 884
Morrisons 0845 611 6111
Thank you for your support and I hope that this helps you to locate a regular supply.
Yours sincerely0 -

I had lost over 2 stone with SW, stopped going about 4 weeks ago & im too scared to get on the scales now! Very disapointed as it took a lot to lose the 2 stone & now im gonna have to try & do it again!
I would not reccomend Cerazette to anyone tho.
I was exactly the same as you, i went on that pill after i had my son in august. was on it from approx sept - start dec as i just couldnt hack it annymore. my partner and i were almost split up and i was a totalt cow to live with. Im not sure about the weight loss business with it, as i hadnt started SW until jan this year, but the mood swings etc was bad enough for me. i almost felt depressed, or proabably, looking back most likely was depressed! such a different person not on it!
good luck though, just grit your teeth, get on the scales and start afresh. nothing you can do about the past but plenty you can change for the future!! xxif 25 ml of vodka is 2.5 syns that works out at 0.5 syns per 5 mls

When I started on Cerazette the doctor said it only suits 1 in 5 women!! Fortunately I seem to be the lucky one here in that it solved my monthly problems and I have had no side effects. I've suffered with depression all my adult life, but have had no bouts thus far with taking it (approx 6 months). I don't *think* it made me gain any weight - I did that all by myself when I became wheat intolerant and started substituting rich tea with dairy milk :rotfl:
My consultant mentioned last night that it's not a good idea to eat too much chopped up fruit because you tend to eat more than you would if you ate it whole straight from the fruit bowlHas anyone else heard this or should I just completely ignore her
