Morning all.
I need to try and stay on plan today, have got court at 2pm so need to have lunch before I leave or make something to take with me.
Want to make either chicken kievs, or the KFC style chicken tonight.
Both my children are poorly and I've been up since 5am!0 -
I am feeling soooo miserable today
I forgot to take my anxiety pill before I went to bed so have been awake since 3.30 and according to my scales my birthday antics have added 2lb to my weight  which will take my grand total loss to 3lb in 6 weeks when I WI tonight. I'm really feeling sorry for myself and am wondering if it's worth continuing, but will persevere for a couple more weeks and see how it goes. I really don't want to have to go back to WW because I prefer the SW plan and believe it's better for you anyway, but I'm so disheartened with my overall loss so far
I'm supposed to be putting my chicken casserole in the slow cooker for supper tonight after WI but can't be bothered at the mo!!Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
Hi all, not been on for a while as having a few troubles at home, unfortunately this meant that I couldn't afford weigh in and I'm just having to eat the food I already have in which isn't exactly SW friendly! I'm going to try my best to stick to plan but as I won't be getting the password it'll be hard to syn my food (and a lot of it in the freezer is synable
:rotfl:)
I will be going to Boots later to weigh myself, see what damage the stressful week has done!
Password from last week still works so just synned everything in the freezer, quite shocking really that I was eating them things without a second thought!0 -

Thanks, this is my first time with SW, I stick to it 100% (with the exception of my 40th last week!) The only things I can think that's hindering the weight loss, is not drinking enough water, maybe not eating enough or it's the mini pill - which I'm seriously wondering about because I lost a stone in 2 months with WW last year before I started taking it. I've googled Cerazette/weight loss and it appears lots of people have difficulty losing weight whilst taking itI've got about 2 stone to lose so I know it's not going to be superquick but a little quicker would be nice lol

I'm on Cerazette and had no problems at all with the weight loss. I had around 10 stones to lose and I'm over half way. It's slowing down a bit now, but as long as I aren't putting on, I'm in a good place! (Like they say, the faster it comes off, the faster it goes back on!)
Each pill affects each person differently. My big problem was the implant - made me pile weight on and gave me lots and lots of unwanted side effects.
Maybe have a word with your GP / nurse about the pill? It's one of those though - if you've got no other problems or side effects, is slow weight loss worth putting up with?0 -
Morning All,
had WI this morning and lost a pound which I am pleased about don't get me wrong but it's week 2 and only 3 pound altogether but at least it's a loss.
Karen - I have stuck to it rigidly also and would have liked to have lost more so please stick with it. I am drinking a lot of water every day which I do think helps.
