1 syns ONLY if you scrape a knife scross the spoon to make it level ;)

Doesn't leave you with much so I don't bother with things I have to do that to!

Yep - that is me!:o:o I have always eaten large portions and that is probably why I struggle so much with EE:o:o

You couldn't eat more than me Marion and I'm losing weight on EE, BUT I love my veg and eat lots at each meal.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Oh dear, in my (old) food directory it says 1 level teaspoon = ½ syn :o

dontknowanymore - hugs to you. We all have our moments (mine hit yesterday - you don't want to know!). Draw a line underneath it and yes of course add as much superfree to any recipe you like! :D
    Thanks.
Well I usually have a big salad or loads of veg as a side to my meal but with things like this (sweet and sour pork with special fried rice) it's a bit tricky, I did look for the chinese leaf but thy had none in the Tesco I went to.
I put in loads of onion, peppers, carrots, beanshoots.

I guess once in a while not filling 1/3 of the plate wont hurt, I have cut my portion sizes down anyways.

It was very nice BTW although I ended up using passata instead of tomato puree and an extra bit of cornflour so need to work out the synage.

I have to say that the special fried rice recipie in the 'feed your family for a fiver' book is bloody gorgeous, I've made it twice now.

If you put in loads of onion, peppers, carrots & beanshoots, then that would cover you for the third of a plate of Superfree foods :D

Passata is syn-free so that's a good move, and cornflour is 1 syn per level teaspoon (according to my old FD) :)

Ok thanks, Yay on the passata switch, I probably ended up with the same amount of syns then, it doesnt give you a break down on the recipie.
