Does anyone know if Ryvita crackerbread (original) are a HEB or are these only synnable? Couldn't find the wholegrain ones in Asda - does the Co-op do these at all ?

'You can have 2 Original as a speed food or 4 as a non-speed HEb.

    Hey!

I'm feeling a bit disheartened today. . . i feel really bloated and crap:( weighing in tomorrow and i'm expecting to gain. I've had dominoes, chippy and cake this last fortnight and ive not been eating enough veg on my EE days :(

    Anywhoo...

    Yesterday was original day

B - 28g Jordan's Museli (HEB) with milk (HEA) Cup of tea

L - Salmon steak with ginger, garlic and soy with scallops, 1/2 corn on the cob (3.5syns) and mixed frozen veg (didn't eat it all coz got fed up with it)

    D - Cheese (hea2) on toast (heb2)

    S - 1/2 leftover poppadom (1) 2 mikado sticks (1) 2 rich tea fingers (2)

    Total syns = 7.5

Today is EE (and not going well)

B - 28g Shredded Wheat (heb) with milk (hea) cup of tea

L - Chicken Kebabs no salad indoors so no superfree food :( - do any of you's think its ok to have 1/3 of a plate of fruit instead??? (which i have in my work fruit bowl)

D - Chicken stir fry. (loads of veg there!)

    S - pack of cheese curls (3.5syns)

    drinks - water, 7up free

Vixie - yes 1/3 fruit is fine for your lunch - it just has to be superfree - doesn't matter if it's fruit or veg.

Does it actually have to be on the plate? :D My son is making pasta salad on fri (wf pasta, ham, sweetcorn, pepper, apple) and was thinking of having it for tea on saturday, but couldn't think of anything to go with it that's superfree. Sooooo, if I eat that and then have lots of fruit (ie 1/3) does that work the same?
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

    i hope so!! lol.

Chicken stir fry turned into chicken biryani (dad's cooking) i did cook my chicken separate and had about 4 spoonfuls of rice (2.5syns for the sauce), mini samosa (3syns) and mini bhagi (4.5 syns) finger of mini naan (7 syns but had about 1/8th so call it 1syn as it was only the size of my little finger) superfree food was mushrooms.... :wall: = 11syns plus i had a haribo sweet (1syn) and cheese curls earlier = 15.5.. damn!

I'm feeling even worse now.... grrrrrr

    Hi everyone,
feel really disheartened today, weighed myself 2 days before class and it looks as though I've put on a pound!
It's my birthday too and i really felt like tucking into some delish champagne truffles my sis bought me - but I haven't!
I have been sooo good all week and feel like giving up.
Adminannie - I was on LL about 5 years ago and lost 3 stone (all back on now) but maybe that's why my metabolism is up the creak also. would anyone know whether this would normally happen?
Thought I'd finally found the diet for me as I really haven't struggled or been tempted to cheat (so far)!
Glad i got all that off my chest. think I'll have a birthday muller lite!
