Our Tesco has a Krispy Kreme stall, so I would think they'lll be hitting a store near you all quite soon.
Prepare yourselves!
Yes mine has one too - I just close my eyes and rush past it! Lucky enough it isn't in the main food section so it is fairly easy to avoid. Our one is at the end of the paperback book aisle? Perhaps they think we would buy a book and a box of crispy cremes to munch on whilst reading - now who would ever do such a thing?:o:o:o:o:rotfl:
Anyway I get weighed this morning but according to my scales I havn't lost anything. I have checked my book and it was exactly 4 weeks ago that I stayed the same also so I guess it is that 4 week cycle thing. (will probably lose weight now that I said that:D) Will report back later.
Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Morning all I hope somebody can give my daughter some advise.
She lost nearly 4stone with lighter life approx 18 months ago but has put it all back on and more she tried it again but couldnt cope with it again so gave it up and joined SW.
She has done SW before and had no trouble ;losing weight but now since she rejoined in Jan she is having a real struggle
Since Jan she has lost the odd 1lb but it on and and lost 1lb again but in the 10 weeks she has been doing EE she has lost only 1lb.
I have lost 10lb not a great loss but it is coming off but I am really upset with the way my daughter is now feeling as she does have lots to lose and we are going on holiday in June and this is stressing her as well
any advise please on what the problem might be

Hi, Annie does your daughter go to a group? If so then get her to show her food diaries to her consultant who will look at them and tell her where she is going wrong. or maybe she could join on here and post her food diaries for a week and we could have a look.
I always struggle to lose a lot with EE to be honest and prefer green/red days. I thinks its because I struggle to have 1/3 superfree foods so its less forgiving. A lot of people do lose with EE so it does work but I personally find it slower.
It could be something simple that she is having, for example someone on here a few pages back Karen I think was having a bottle of Lambrini thinking it was 12 syns per bottle but its closer to 52, these mistakes are easy to do.
If shes doing EE then make sure she is having one HEA and weighs it properly, one HEB also weighed.
Make sure she is having 1/3 superfree foods on her plate at lunch and dinner, she drinks plenty of water and writes everything down.
Have a variety of meals and healthy extras to keep it interesting. The mags are great for recipes.
If you sit down and read the books again, quite often it triggers something you didnt know about or forgotton.
If you stick to the plan it does work. If she has done red/green days before and lost on these plans then maybe she could try them for a bit with the odd EE day at the weekends so she can enjoy meat and potatoes/rice together.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
adminannie - I'm afraid Im having the same problem. Dieting (especilly total meal replacements like LL) do screw your metabolism up so she (like I) will have to work twice as hard as anyone else to lose half as much. I've been back on SW since September (have been doing it 8 years on and off) and have only lost just over a stone. Yes, it gets me down so I haven't been entirely 100% since New Year, but I have to stick with it.0

Does anyone know if Ryvita crackerbread (original) are a HEB or are these only synnable? Couldn't find the wholegrain ones in Asda - does the Co-op do these at all ?I was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......0
