Am guttered, really wanted it too but don't want to 'waste' that many syns [was gona eat half a tin] especially after yesterday. Oh well will spread them over the week at 1 syn a ring, not too bad.

ive rejoined and rejoined this last 3 months and was back on the wagon till today but im so struggling today im 39 tomorrow so stressy and my darling hubby has just gone to work and darling son down his grandmas so house is empty fridge is full and im gagging for a pick lol anyone got a kick up the bum going free must be a big one tho lol

I have a hen party weekend to go to in june and a wedding in malta an september and need to lose 10 stone in total so got all the incentives i need but nothing shifting this mood today so debating to have weekend off or just going to bed lol arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!1 thanks for my moan girls x

Yes, i don't get this either. I've just chopped up a whole pineapple and it's sitting in bowl of it's own juice. How can that be free but tinned is so synful? Sometimes I just don't get it some of SW, guys. I can eat my whole pineapple for nothing, but Takeiteasy can't have her little tin. There is nothing added to fruit in juice usually (I understand why fruit in syrup has to be synned) so I would be inclined to just have it.

Fruit juice isn't free is it - hence the fruit in it is synned. Orange juice isn't free to drink (even if you make it yourself and don't add anything) & neither is pineapple juice. It's do do with sateity (never can spell that!) You can easily drink the juice of 6 oranges but you'd have a job to sit & eat 6 whole oranges in one go - it's just part of the way SW works (and it does work if you stick to it!)

Skint_Catt - what about lemon and lime juice?? I think i'd have a job to drink the juice of one lemon and trouble eating the lemon itself! I use the juice in some of my cooking esp HM curries so i really hope it isn't synned!!

Today is EE day

B - 2x sunnybisk with chopped banana (HEB) with Milk (HEA), cup of tea

L - Turkey rashers with tomatoes, mushrooms and 2 eggs followed by a shape yoghurt

D - Chicken Korma and rice made with WW korma sauce (5syns as shared with sister) 9 syns worth of poppadoms (i really shouldnt open them when i'm cooking....) and am about to have a fruit salad (sliced apple and clementine segments - would have been more but have just realised thats the only fruit we have left in the house!!)

Whilst out shopping (not for food unfortunately) i was given a free sample of Yakult light - 1.5syns... so total syns today = 15.5

I bought my size 18 "goal" jeans from primark today... i still can't get them above my thighs but the sight of them on my wardrobe is gonna be my motivation!!

Yeah but exactly as you said - you can't drink pure lemon or lime juice. If anyone wanted to then it is completely free (yuk!) but SW don't want to penalise your minimal use in cooking. If you could drink them in large quantities then these too would be synned due to the saiety issue.

I have a Quark question. I mixed in some quark with mash potato to make it a little less dry and it was ok but not overly exciting (especially as OH was having full fat mash:p). I know that quark takes on the flavour of other things so i was thinking - if I mixed a synable amount of lowfat marg in with the quark, would this work - therefore making my "buttery tasting" quark mix go a little further with more flavour ?
Does this make sense and can anyone advise me ?:)
