Well not a great weekend except that it was really nice :) and DH and I had a lovely time but we ate a LOT. I was a bit careful about the alcohol except last night when I was cooking and realised in the melee he had also been topping up my glass (we had a whole crowd over so easy to get mixed up) in the end I just emptied it down the sink and put it in the DW and got myself water.

Scales showing a 1lb gain today but I think that's a heavy meal last night. I did keep up the exercise so am hoping if I really knuckle down over the next few days I might manage a 1lb loss by Wednesday.

Also managed to get a holiday booked :) 2 weeks in Italy in May (leaving on 8th) so really have got to get on with this now :)

Oh and as a ps did a big cookup yesterday so have loads of bean chilli and tomato pasta sauce made :) which should see me through 2-3 weeks. These are my staple foods and not having them last week really messed things up a bit for me.

Weigh in today and I have STS. Not surprised really because the weekend was a bit naughty. I need to plan more for sure otherwise I end up not knowing what to eat when I am hungry and that's a disaster.

Off to catch up on the thread

ive decided to have a red day today. I am making the garlic chicken one pot form Jan/feb mag (im doing it in the slow cooker) so decided to keep it red so we can have our healthy extras for kirsprolls along with free salmon pate for tonights nibbles, and still have toast at lunch.
I always struggle at night on red as im hungrier without the carbs and miss my chips, and a heb of potatoes on a red day is miserly.

B - Huge Onken bio pot (FF) with pinapple
L - 2 fried eggs on toast, cuppa
D - garlic chicken one pot,(loads of carrots, onion and sugar snaps) all free
snacks, fruit and maybe a ml

supper - krisprolls with salmon pate (heb) might syn a couple of scan bran if im still hungry.

Hi, just to say you CAN buy Butterbuds in the UK. Lakeland.co.uk sell them, or the Lakeland shop if there's one near you. ...... http://www.lakeland.co.uk/F/keyword/butterbuds/product/6744

''Low calorie powdered butter substitute. All the flavour of butter without the fat.
Produced from real butter, Butter Buds undergo a special process that removes the fat and water leaving behind just the original buttery taste.
When sprinkled over hot potatoes, vegetables, pasta or rice, they'll butter you up... but, containing only 5 calories per sachet, not your waistline!
One sachet contains the same flavour as 2 teaspoons of butter (approx. 70 calories!).''
    :)

She was talking about the 'I can't believe it's not butter spray' from the USA - not Butterbuds.

Haven't caught up on all the posts yet but thought I'd say Hi :hello:

Bought our wedding rings on Saturday which was nice, but on getting to FIL's house on Sunday morning find he's fallen, headbutted a wall (and taken the plaster off) and has to go to A&E. They kept him in last night & we had to stay at his with the dog with no change of clothes/make-up etc! I ate crap all evening as we'd prepared dinner at home so had nothing ready to eat. Have had to rush back this morning for a shower before an interview (50% paycut on previous salary but at least it's work I suppose :( ) and have just eaten a packet of walkers crisps & a Hi-Fi bar on top of my pasta. beans & cheese lunch :( Just got to wait until my sign on time then rush back to FIL's to get OH so he can fly to work tomorrow morning instead of this morning. Hope I can stop eating now as I have WI tomorrow but it doesn't look great :(

hi, i know you can buy the butterbuds, but the i can't believe its not butter spray was brill! if you can ever get the spray, you won't go back to the buds, but as you can only seem to buy it in the u.s.a. or germany (i think) they don't produce it in this country yet!:)

Hi, does anyone know if I can have cadthedral city lighter cheese as a HEa? I'm guessing not, but I'm seriously struggling for tea tonight as shopping comes tomorrow. At the mo it's looking like savoury rice and beans :( Had ryvita for brekkie and lunch so I've only got one a left!
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

Yes you can have 42 g of it. I am trying to get a list of all the cheeses without typing it out but it is hard to find!
