I dont know what happened, but I have already posted this but it seems to have disappeared. Anyway here goes again.
I mainly stick to green days and today was no different, so here is what i have eaten today
b rice with ff yog and banana
    banana
hm tom sauce with pasta (used frylight)
    3 ferrero rocher
    1 jam tart
s poached veg is frylight and tamari
    baked potato
    small piece of grilled salmon
I feel whatever I do I manage to sabotage myself. Like for instance I lost 1.5lbs last week, but prior to wi I stuffed my face, as I missed my lunch and I was starving. STuffed with laughing cow and crackers (those ryvita ones) and cheese biscuits, so I probably would have lost a lot more. But I just cant but sabotage myself...If i could get it under control I think I could do well.

Could anyone tell me, if I have really done badly today, please? Be honest please I know tomorrow is another day, but that's what i always say.

I forgot to say that I went fora 35min brisk walk today as well, and will hopefully continue with walking at least 3 times pw.

Please can someone post the link to the recipe collection, for the life of me I cant find it.

    Bake Off Boss!
Went to class tonight and have lost 3lbs. 8lbs in total now. Really pleased that it's coming off, but I think it's going to be a long process.

The class is a bit of a nightmare and not very organised at the moment.

I'm hoping I get a sticker for my 1/2 stone award next week as it wasn't mentioned tonight. Don't think I'm being picky but it's a nice incentive seeing the stickers build up on the back of your book. I've got it online though on the SW site.

Been checking the posts since I came in and will be trying the quiches and the jelly n yogurt mix.

I've still to get my pudding rice (prob weekend now) to make with fruit and yogurt, so plenty of ideas to keep me going + of course SW chips.

Thanks for all the tips and well done to all who went to class/got weighed.

    Lola

Hi your ferrer rocher are 3 1/2 syns each and an average jam tart is 6 1/2 syns. So not a major disaster if you are having 15 syns per day.
Your meals look ok. If you are having a green day I take it your salmon is 1 heb? Instead of having a green day you could of went EE and had a huge bit of salmon with your tattie and veg.
Have you also had your other Hea or heb? Its good to try and have them to keep your fibre and calcium up. If you are going green you could still have some cheese on toast.
Dont worry about those few extra syns today, it will balance out over the week if you try and have less another day.

    normal or low fat?

I think all the low fat ones are free. Ill just check the normal ones.

  • I always forget to say, I have ss milk in my hot drinks, approx 4-6 mugs daily
I did think about EE, but despite reading all the threads about it, am not really 100% sure.

Once a week I make up my lunches, and this week it will be based around my tomato sauce. As the week goes on I might add chopped low fat sausage or lentils or beans.

Its the sabotage bit I cant get my head round. Before I even realise it the food is in my mouth and believe there are plenty of opportunities.

I didnt make it to wi tonight, so I sent my consultant an email saying I am going to wi somewhere more convenient and asked her for the password for this week, she doesnt normally respond.

Please could someone post the link to the recipe collection, as I cant find it.

I edited my 103 post to say I had also walked briskly for 35 mins at lunch time
