Happy Birthday Bargain Rzl
:j
Sorry I haven't been on all day or to wish you all the best earlier, Rzl, but I've been busy. Nels just had to take me out for a boozy lunch, where we raised a glass in your honour. Did a mystery shopping job with blue locks in tow, and guess what, after I'd done me bits and pieces, the dozy mare only went and bought the "MS'd" item! At least the bloke won't realise he'd been mystery shopped
Anyway, house full of kids, oven not yet on for their tea and I've promised Nels a piece of my gorgeous banana and nut loaf, with a cuppa (or flaggon of wine in her case)
Catch ya all later.

ps Rzl, have a drink for usSpeak later hun.

I wish I'd been out for lunch with you, TM & Nels ... It's not much more than a week since I saw you and I am missing you already! ... Anyway, best mate (GBF) and I have decided on the gastropub (Anchor & Hope) ... I have only eaten there once before and ended up with mild food poisoning  but have not heard a single negative report about it elsewhere! ... They don't take bookings and it's a seriously popular place, but being Tuesday I shouldn't think it will be too busy. I suspect though that it might be a popular pre-theatre venue for people going to the National or the Globe, so we shall see - there's a Livebait across the road if we can't get in! (which has ancestral connections for me - apparently, part of what's now that branch of Livebait used to be my great-great-grandfather's carpentry business!) ... The Anchor and Hope is expensive but it's not often I have "un spoken for" cash at my disposal ... which is why it's nice that my dad always gives me cash for my birthday ... It's so lovely to eat at a proper nice place without a deals voucher occasionally

I've had such a productive day. I marked 2 of my year tens groups coursework by putting post it notes all over it so they can improve it. Plus loads of em wanted to come back and have extra help, so i may end up with some decent bits to pass onto the new teacher who will be taking them. My colleague is doing a lesson with each group as well to help them catch up a bit. I was going to stop late at work and try and finish my reports, but there was a fire on the next farmers field, and it was too smokey and hot then, so i came home and have slobbed.
i had best write a to do list for tomorrow and not lie in too late so i don't waste the time i've got.
Tea tonight should probably be done by me too as DH did it last night. Something easy i think like pork chop, waffles and beans.
Then DH is off on a work trip to Brighton tomorrow for a couple of days, so i will have to look after everything myself.
I can't believe how quickly the weeks are going. I hope the summer hols goes a little slower from my point of view, then i can get the house done up as i want. I know i am 2 weeks short as we are away for one, and then i promised i'd watch my sisters 2 kids for the last week so she could run my mums shop while they are away. By that stage i'm hoping to be there, so i'd best write a list for that too!!
Going to go and try to find my motivation now. See you all later

Well done Master Queenie! :T
DD1 had her sports day today, DD2 had hers last week, being in infants. Anyhow, DD1, who hates all things sport, and has been praying for rain and a subsequent cancellation of Sports Day, came first in the Triple Jump! She is beside herself!!!! :j Look out London 2012!!!! :rotfl:Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!
