ageandjo (((((HUGS))))) what horrible neighbours!!!!! are the HA able to move you anywhere, or are they really wanting to evict you? If they just want to evict you, i would go and see a solicitor, i think you would have a good case re victimisation (sp) especially as you have photographic evidence that they are ignoring!!!! Good luck, i hope things get better for you x
Shez - not looked at the contact lenses yet, had to sign up with specsavers for 3 months or i would have to pay for the consultation!!!! but i get some lenses, a follow up appojntment and then i can cancel it and look for the cheeper ones!!!!!

DDs face is still swollen and black and blue but the swelling is going down a bit.
Another DD has sunburnt her legs and feet yesterday so plan to go in to Leeds later for some special spray etc. for her. May go into primark and treat myself lol.
Ageandjo
So sorry about your rotten neighbours - wish we could all get up a petition for you. Pity local paper does not get wind of it - as long as it gets your side first.
Hugs to everyone."This site is addictive!"

ageandjo, that must be so horrible for you both to bear, i can understand how you feel to a point as my dh had a slipped disc which wasnt properly diagnosed for four years, he eventually had to give up his work and was in constant pain and depressed, but he looked okay and though nobody said anything to our face, we knew people thought there was nothing wrong with him and it got him down, love and hugs to you both0

- one load through WM
- emails checked,
- pigsback done.
i need to head upstairs this afternoon, but will watch last nights home and away, and have lunch first.
dr was pretty useless. I keep telling him that i am still suffering from fatigue from my illness earlier in the year, and he told me to sleep more and not worry about it. Its crackers really. I know my own body and i have been saying about this since November. What do you do? I have to get the house in order for the baby, so i will keep trying as i'm doing now, an hour of work, a couple of hours off to recover. He wanted me to go back in again in a few weeks, saying by then i would have relaxed from the end of term, and i should be ok. I said i'd just go if i thought i needed to. I will see what i'm like after my week away.
BRZL - well done on the freebie ticket. That's a lot of pin money. :T
ageandjo - don't let them get you down. No good ever comes to bullies. Just keep collecting your evidence.

We went to a solicitor a couple of weeks ago but I thought it was a waste of time to be honest. It has come to the point now that I am just trying to ignore everything. We are registered on the swop list and have looked at one place but it was far too small. It's such a shame because we have managed to get it like 'home' here just how we wanted it.
We had mediation that was supplied by the HA the lady was really nice, she came and spent some time with us and chatted to us and she did the same with the neighbours too, we were more than willing to sit round the table with the neighbours to have mediation with them to see what they had against us so much but they didnt want to.
Makes me sooo mad that people are so rude, my OH has spina bifida hydrocephalous people only see his psycial side of his disability but there are many more that only we know.0 -
ageandjo With everything you have said I was wondering if it was worth approaching the Disability Rights Commission with this?
http://www.drc-gb.org/
Their website says this and it seems to apply here, especially with the parking thing
Discrimination also occurs where;- there is a failure to make a reasonable adjustment for a disabled person
- that failure cannot be justified
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Thank you Moggins
I will have a read of the site thank you.0 -
I think you also need to have a good read of the document titled,
The DED and the Social Housing Sector (July 2006)
section 3.2 of this document covers harrassment and Anti social behaviour policies towards the disabled.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

sheesh, ageandjo *HUGS!*
Just hate people getting stomped on by bullies who by now should have gotten their just desserts.
Things like this come from petty minded people who have simply nothing better or more productive to do to occupy their time.
Hope you come out on top soon.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070
