I was pointing out your ludicrous comment that police pull people because they are black, basically accusing the whole police force of being racist. I can't remember the last time I saw a Police vehicle on the road. I can remember the last time I saw someone using a mobile at the wheel, (this morning). It seems the risk of getting caught is so small that people take that chance.

Here is a usefull and constructive comment, most modern phones have a dictaphone facility, which you were using at the time , you were not making a phone call, worth remembering should you find yourself in the situation ever again

Im sure i saw on the National BBC news this morning that there is a force..I think it is Dorset that is cracking down on dangerous driving,there you will get three points or go on a drivers awareness course if you are seen to be eating at the wheel,applying make up,reading maps,changing the station on the radio.

Not to sure about the rules and area as i was busy when it came on,could someone clarify if i am right.
