Registered for betfair piggypoints poker tournament and played it on 5th July but haven't received the 500 points. I know tine received hers for winning the tournament. Do you think I need to chase this up?

I would, I played this tournament for the 1st time on the 5th as well. I got my 500 points last Wednesday:confused:

  • can any one help. I had a £5 firebox voucher and went through pigsback to spend it. Is it only the items that come up on the offers on the first page that you get cashback with? I went on to a different part of the site to buy something and have not had the cash taken off my order. Or doesnt it work like that. Never done it before. thanks

Just played my first tourney on Betfair Poker Site.

Its the worst site I have ever seen!!! And I have played on about 20 other sites, God knows how it makes any money. It is so slow and takes for ever to rebalance tables. There was only 76 people in the tourny tonight. How they would cope with a tourney with 6000 people in it.

Don't think I will be playing there again. Only saving grace was that I will get 500 points for the 100 point entry.

Oh I came 13th by the way.

Seems to me that everyone is getting fed up of PB and they've gone downhill since Daragh left.

Personally I only log on a couple of times a week now.

Perhaps PB should pay attention to whats going on before they lose thier customers:confused:

This is off the issue (pigsback) but answers your question. Postmen are no longer allowed to carry money this is why you got the CARD to pay the missing postage that the sender neglected to do.
Thank you, I didn't know they'd started doing that, we don't get many under-postaged letters at work and the last time I think the postman was still coming early. Which he's not now, of course. And I don't think they've changed the wording on the cards, so it still sounds as if they've brought the letter with them, but can't be bothered to ring the bell and ask for the cash!

I'll know better next time ... you just learn so much on MSE!
