~cleo~ wrote:but u have to admit that their customer service is poor, i have sent numerous emails to PB since xmas and most of them have had no response, lots of points have not been credited due to their poor tracking systems, i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at the beginning but nearly a year on i feel nothing has improved
And on the other hand, every email or query I have ever had has been responded to and dealt with promptly..
Not so many CT's lately (for 'older' members) but there's been a few 50 point sign ups and the 100 point enjoy England one too..0 -

There are still six click-throughs a week. It's just that as you have been a member of PB for a while now, you have had most of them before, and so you don't get them again. If you read this thread regularly, especially on a Monday, you will know very quickly just what click-throughs are available.
I've just checked my piggybank and since 13/6/06 I've had the grand total of one clickthrough! And yes, I do check here regularly, that doesn't make clickthroughs appear when I go to pigsback though.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -

Tine actually chased them for the points before they got credited so I'd say definitely send off a mail and ask for the points

Its appears from where i'm standing pigsback may be suffering.
Since may I had been wait for £55 worth of vouchers, lots of emails chasing up resulted in lots of sorry we are working on it.
Last week I got £10 worth, now they have stopped responding to any emails I send.
For the time I would not bother spending no money through the links or accumalting points as you may not get anything at all !
They may credit back your points, but what use is that when they can't cover the vouchers when you come to reedeem them.0 -
