Personally I only log on a couple of times a week now.
Perhaps PB should pay attention to whats going on before they lose thier customers
Exactly what I've been thinking this past week or so. I used to log on every day and on most days there would be a clickthrough or two. Now I only bother logging on a couple of times a week, soon to be never. It may be a coincidence but yes, it's definately got a lot worse since Darragh went.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -
I still log in daily, then again, I'm an optimist.
If everyone stop logging in and doing the daily quizzes, does this mean I'll win one of them soon? tee hee hee..:D0 -

Hmm Toucan quiz hasn't changed today. I've just emailed Lynn at PB to let her know as she assured me it would change on a Monday from now on.There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

There are still six click-throughs a week. It's just that as you have been a member of PB for a while now, you have had most of them before, and so you don't get them again. If you read this thread regularly, especially on a Monday, you will know very quickly just what click-throughs are available.angel wrote:Now I only bother logging on a couple of times a week, soon to be never.
I have 11,900 points since Christmas, and have hardly bought a thing - just a couple of CDs through CD-Wow. Easy money, isn't it?angel wrote:It may be a coincidence but yes, it's definately got a lot worse since Darragh went.I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I think the bonus of Darragh's appearances on MSE was that we recieved direct responses on behalf of PB, thus answering numerous questions/queries/complaints on a regular basis which did seem to calm some of the uprisings that occurred here.....
Now its just a question of being patient and waiting for an email response....0 -
Morning, beef!
Hmm, but that doesn't make the offerings of the PB site any better or worse. It probably does make a difference to people's perception of the customer service level - which has never been that good, in terms of emails answered, etc., if posts to the PB threads is the only evidence. Mind you, I believe that Darragh and his staff did have to try to deal with some highly improbable claims and complaints!
Just having to wait for a response? Well, that's just like any other outfit, then, isn't it? Companies' failure to respond adequately to email enquiries is a constant feature of complaints threads.
I sound like an apologist for PB. Not the case at all. I dont think their website is solid; they forget to update quizzes; they don't respond to all emailed enquiries. But it's not all bad, either! It's just that some of the complaints levelled against them here don't seem to hold water, but I'm quite happy to change my mind if shown hard evidence.
And in the end, it's free money!I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. My voucher has also taken over two weeks I think! Hmm, I think it might have a couple days left...but cannot remember when I sent off for it - can you check this anywhere?
Thanks!Money money money!0 -

but u have to admit that their customer service is poor, i have sent numerous emails to PB since xmas and most of them have had no response, lots of points have not been credited due to their poor tracking systems, i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at the beginning but nearly a year on i feel nothing has improved:rolleyes: Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j0
