    Morning, beef!

Hmm, but that doesn't make the offerings of the PB site any better or worse. It probably does make a difference to people's perception of the customer service level - which has never been that good, in terms of emails answered, etc., if posts to the PB threads is the only evidence. Mind you, I believe that Darragh and his staff did have to try to deal with some highly improbable claims and complaints!

Just having to wait for a response? Well, that's just like any other outfit, then, isn't it? Companies' failure to respond adequately to email enquiries is a constant feature of complaints threads.

I sound like an apologist for PB. Not the case at all. I dont think their website is solid; they forget to update quizzes; they don't respond to all emailed enquiries. But it's not all bad, either! It's just that some of the complaints levelled against them here don't seem to hold water, but I'm quite happy to change my mind if shown hard evidence.

And in the end, it's free money!

I think thats the main point, for the sake of logging on and spending 2 minutes a day we get "free goodies" in theory.

but u have to admit that their customer service is poor, i have sent numerous emails to PB since xmas and most of them have had no response, lots of points have not been credited due to their poor tracking systems, i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at the beginning but nearly a year on i feel nothing has improved

Fair points but we have no idea what volume of mail they have to deal with. But then again if they have to imcrease staffing to cover this their costs go up, or the service drops.....

    Difficult one...........

People need to feel valued to spend money, when you are emailing pigsback about points that are way overdue and you get no response then people get annoyed. The CT's and bonus points are there to draw people in to look at the other offers so that you spend money with them.

...as someone said that darragh was only a pr of pigsback. but for me personally, when i posted a query about some points not tracked last year, darragh replied and looked into for me and within a couple of days i had my missing points. i had been waiting nearly a month originally with no response from emails direct to pigsback.

its a shame they have gone downhill.

by the way has jules2005 ever been nominated or won the £50 for poster of the month as i think she is absolutley brilliant for the work she does for everyone on here....

Does anyone have the links to the "vote for the dog/cat of the month" on the Irish site?
This works on the UK site as far as I remember, & I need just 10 points for a CD voucher!
