Okkkkkkk... OneFlewOver - the comment was not against you at all (haven't even read your post) but either way I personally come on here to find out the latest in events/games/who won what/best point earners/ general banter etc and the to-ing and fro-ing over Betfair seems to have become a bit of a monster in terms of page space that's all and you have to sift through it now to get to the 'normal' stuff. I understand everyone wants to gain a clear understanding of what's what though.

Can I just congratulate Pigsback and Betfair on yet another week of incompetance.
Not only the fact that Rachel has STILL NOT managed to produce a credit on my account, emailing Betfair I was promised to get a reply from the Affiliates team, to see if pigsbacks have actually provided the correct information and wheather the failure was with betfair - needless to say they failed to respond too.
Well done on you terrible ability not to get things sorted, or should that be good as you are trying to just ingnore it and hope I go away ?0 -

Sorry but I had mine credited within the week even if I had to chase for them. Maybe calling them and asking nicely if someone could look into it for you would generate better results than ranting about it on here which neither PB or Betfair read and thus will only upset people?

My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
About 2 months back I started to think that the names of people who were winning the daily quizes looked firmilier. I wish I had started to keep a list then but I did not start until 11 days ago.
I notice today that the winner of the money quiz today also won the money quiz on Saturday!3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -

I would appreciated any help please???
After you have logged onto the Betfair site click My Account on the bottom left of the main Betfair window this will open another window which you then have to log into. That window will change and on the left had side click withdraw funds. A list of options come up and halfway down the page it says withdraw funds by cheque.
Unless you have money in your account you cannot go any further.
I ordered a cheque from Betfair for the £83.15 that I got from my £10.00 Piggypoint voucher on Saturday morning and it arrived this morning.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -

Well its only £45 not bothered about it no more, but what does anger me is the way they treat their customers.0 -
