Same reason BA have always had such high retention rates-they wouldn't earn the same elsewhere. This is the problem no matter how poorly treated the BA staff feel -they are still the highest paid staff on average (at Heathrow anyway-I didn't notice them getting militant for their LGW co-workers who are already on the new payscales and I don't see any shortage of people working for BA at Gatwick ).

Unfortunately I don't have any specifics on this weekend's flight schedule just yet. I do know it's being worked on and is one of the top priorities here at the moment. As soon as the schedule is to hand I'll be sure to post a link to it here. Hopefully that's helpful!

The website says subject to disruption and no more, worryingly though, my booking reference is not being recognised online anymore

I called BA just a min ago as we are due to fly this weekend. The lady told me that it will be released sometime today so just keep a eye on BA website.
Fingers crossed for everyone due to fly hope you all manage to get to your destination! :j:j:j:j

The information has apparently been updated now but I can't see any different messages for my flight out of Gatwick to Europe. Hope others have better luck!

I've just had my flight confirmed for LGW to Paphos:rotfl: this Sunday LMAO. Hope everyone else gets away too! Although I won't believe it til I get to Paphos!

I'm due to fly to Tunis on Sunday from Gatwick (it's classed as an EU flight though, suppose it's not that much further than a flight to Greece is) and I got an email through confirming the flight details yesterday- but as above, I won't be relaxing until we're in the air on Sunday!
