Sorry I can't help, but I did a double take and at first thought you were referring to CCCS (Consumer Credit Counselling Service) - very similar looking name on first glance and I bet that's no coincidence!! Very sneaky....
I hope you get your money back anyway marcus. Thanks Niddy for all you've done! :j0 -
I'd contact Trading Standards that cover their Postcode, heard about this crowd before and suggest you report them to TS and Ministry of Justice, if they are a Claims Handling Firm they should have a licence and be regulated - Google Trading Standards and give them a call. Or contact Consumer Direct !!!0

I've also been contacted by them today, not sure what to make of it but they seem legit.
Here's all the details I was able to get from them on the phone in case its any help.
consumer credit services

Customer Services Number:0845 43 47 425
He suggested I go here to verify them:
www claimsregulation gov uk
Authorisation Number: crm20280
I'm interested to know of other peoples experience with them before I look at handing over any money.0 -
When you say get your loans cancelled what do you mean? The reason why I ask is because I'm sure you will find some members that may give you some stick because it seems like you took out loans and then paid some company to find a way out of paying back.
I would go the trading standard route, good luck0 -

Debt cant be wiped off without bankruptcy/IVA , it only can if the creditor agrees and this is usually when debtor is critically or mentally ill.
Anything they can do which is mostly check for unenforceablity, you can do yourself. I would take a stab at it that with such a similar name to CCCS this is a scam company, working on the odds a high number of people they ring have debts. I myself have been contacted by similar types of companies at random. Start with consumer direct first.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

You can request a copy of CCA from your loan/CC company and check yourself it is unenforceable. There is more info on this thread - Unenforceability & Template Letters IIA Bank is a place where they lend you an umberella in fair weather and asks for it back when it begins to rain - I hate them all0

Hi, I havent been keeping track of this link so appologies if you already have found this information.
I have also been contacted by the exact same company. If you still need to contact them then here is thier website
c-c-s.co.uk
Hope it all works out for you, they do look reputable but it`s always worth doing some research such as the others on here have previously mentioned such as trading standards etc...

I too got a phone call from these people. First thing i said was not interested in buying anything to which he said, 'Not trying to sell you anything, just saying about mis-sold payment protection policies'. So as i have an on going dispute with a high street bank i thought i would listen to this man whom went under name of Danny Viears from C.C.S. 15-16 Cowell street in Llanelli, Wales. Obviously he forgot about 'selling' me something when with in 5 minutes he asked for credit card details. Straight away i knew this was bit fishy so asked for something a bit more concrete to which he tried to explained that the details will be sent in the post after they had checked my criteria thru my credit card'. Looking on from here i got even more suspicious as all i wanted to do was see there full terms and conditions on which he gave me a web address c-c-s.co.uk ( 1st off all, NEVER GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS to anyone over the phone or online!!! not even if it was the pope!). As i was now known as 'buddy" he seemed to know a lot about me i.e. full name and address and insisted i repeat to confirm on the phone. All i asked for was something in writing for me too read thru to which he replied, 'i can send u an email'. to which i replied, 'ok'. Then straight away before i could even give him a safe email address for me to use he huffed and tried to use the hard pitch tactics. He then was asking me what i wanted to know, avoiding sending me the email and referring to them being sent in the post after they checked THAT I WAS SAYING I AM WHOM I SAY I AM and needed my credit card bank details. All he seemed to be interested in was me giving him my bank details for £199 without sending me anything that i was requesting to ensure me they were legit. I almost fell for it but always read the small print 1st and never give any personal information whatsoever. this has scam written all over it0

CCS are just running off the good name of CCCS. Do not be fooled.
