thanks op i have just had sucess the guy asked me if it was sky who phoned and went off and comfirmed with manager so im getting free hd box,free install and free hd channels for 12 months.

I tried and he said I had to wait for them to call me back, if im not in hes told them to put a note on the account to go ahead, thats not going to happen though.
