Left over par boiled poatoes, some half packs of peas and veg mixes all left over from Christmas, some opsied smoked cod and some basa fillets, covered with milk and a fish stock pot. Strained the milk off and made a quick cheese sauce which I poured over the fish and vegs - went down a treat! Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
