Left over par boiled poatoes, some half packs of peas and veg mixes all left over from Christmas, some opsied smoked cod and some basa fillets, covered with milk and a fish stock pot. Strained the milk off and made a quick cheese sauce which I poured over the fish and vegs - went down a treat!

  • A whole chicken. .. first time ever, it was a bit big so I chopped off the wings put a layer of sliced onions on the bottom, filled it a third full with stock made with an oxo cube and put it up upside down. It should be ready in 6 - 8 hours.
