ok it is the weekend.. beastlets gone off to KH's.. apart from DD1.. who is downstairs on singstar with her friend.

Loadsa washing done.. including the boys duvets and DD3's duvet.. and their sheets.. :D
I need to get the other 3 girls beds done.. DD2's was done recently and she has a new duvet.

I guess I should go hang up the 2 wet duvets actually.. nah.. do them in a bit when we feed the moggies etc.

    See.. flying!!

I've asked KH if he will have the children an extra night on a weekend when it is not his weekend to have them as I have been invited out and won't be back until the next day.. if he won't have them I can't go... *waits for the shocking response*... bet he has plans for in 3 weeks time.. even though he doesn't plan things more than a week in advance.. you watch.. another Ann summers party will take priority over having more time with the children.. despite the fact he refused half the dates he was offered over christmas, and missed days to do stuff he isn't even interested in!.. sorry.. rant off..

Yes it was almost £200 :eek::eek::eek: although I have birthday and christmas money to cover it. I also bought everything in 2 sizes as wasn't sure which to get, hope they do returns on sale stuff...couldn't find anything on the site about it. Not sure when it will come.
It didn't take long to arrive, and there is a returns form, so I'm sure it will be fine... I've got to return one pair of trousers.
greenbee - I am thinking of doing it, but probably just the 12 miles
We can talk about it next weekend, but it would be a great goal to aim for and we can build up our other walks as part of the training. I like the way they've done the 12 mile one so that it starts at lunchtime halfway there and everyone finishes together. Lots of these kind of things start everyone together (making it more crowded and chaotic) and then the two groups finish separately. It's a pity it isn't going the other way though, as then I could have walked straight from the cathedral to my brother's to collapse (well, I could after the 12 mile one... I don't think I could walk that far after 26 miles!).

Supper eaten, fire lit. Inspiration on the final bits of my paper is somewhat lacking, so I need to have a break and hope that I'll work it out if I step back for a bit.

I've just ordered a ukulele for my husband for his birthday - he has such fun on our friends at Christmas I thought he'd like it:confused:.

The house is tidy - needs some s/s tomorrow. I'm working from 10 so will have to get up early to walk dogs and have a quick tidy in the morning. I'm only working half the day which is good as my knee keeps tightening up.

DH bought me wii active today but it didn't come with the bands and stuff you need so i've ordered them from Amazon - just as well I can't use it yet!

I'm off to s/s the kitchen, put a wash on and then have a read of this thread which i've not caught up with at all! Bedtime reading! :rotfl:xx

When I moved into this house I got excited about the bins getting emptied, sounds sad doesn't it? I think it was getting rid of the old occupants stuff.

It is not sad, even on a Friday night, we are on here so even if it was I don't think any of us are in a position to call you sad.

Don't give away all your secrets, the newbies will have put you on a pedestal lol and now such a reformed character, Pigpen's star pupil. Do we all have to move house to find it easier to complete the lists?
