    Quite a few of the extras done as well, and DS 1 and 2 are on a final warning for their room - sort it or I get a skip...;) so I may actually manage all the stars this week.

    I am enjoying having the house to myself, as I have decluttered all the teens, well, DS1 will be back in 30 minutes from driving lesson, so I'd better get on with dinner.

    I am enjoying doing things in slow time. I am quite tired so I may not do everything I wanted tonight, we shall see.

    Tonight with be the decluttering/tidying/getting stuff done jobs and tomorrow will be the cleaning ones. The underlined ones are the ones I hope to do tonight.

    Monday - Living room, hall and stairs
    Level one
    vacuum them
    Level Two
    Wipe sofas
    Vacuum under furniture you can safely move.. I don't want any hurt bodies!
    Level Three
    Sort out emergency box.. in case of power failures etc.. candles, matches/lighter/torch/batteries and emergency numbers.. plumber, gas, electric, water etc
    Organise a bookshelf!
    Extras
    1. Wipe tops of downstairs door frames
    2. Wash any soft furnishing that need it
    3. polish and dust all the electricals!

    Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area
    Extras
    1. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!
    Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo
    Level One
    mop/vacuum floors
    Clean the bathroom fixtures and fitting
    Level Two
    Polish mirrors and taps and pictures and shower screens etc
    Wipe over all the paintwork..
    Declutter the desk and clean the keyboard etc.. icky germs.. and shake out those biscuit crumbs!
    Level Three
    Defluff behind the radiators.. and wipe the fronts so they look nice
    Clean the downstairs curtain poles/tracks.. furniture polishis a foolproof way of making the curtains run smoothly again!

    Extras ~ just 3 today as they are time consuming
    1. Change any dead lightbulbs and defluff any old ones.. if you can change some old ones for eco-bulbs.. save a few pence where we can
    Thursday ~ Master Bedroom and Landing
    Level One
    Declutter the floor.. and vacuum it!
    Level Three
    Find 5 items from each cupboard to be binned/charity shopped.. pairs of things can count as 2... holey socks, pants with no elastic etc..
    Clean fronts and behinds of radiators!
    Wipe tops of upstairs door frames
    Extras
    1. Clean vacuum innards, pipes and filters.. do not use again until it is all dry!
    Friday ~ Childrens/Spare rooms.. or any other room you have neglected
    Level One
    vacuum floors
    Strip wash and replace bedding.. Vacuum and turn mattresses is not beeen done in a while!
    Half an hour of you time.. no star if you don't do it! For the first time this week I am enjoying some time in front of the tv, going to have an extra long shower later too

    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Sort through all the games and make them nice and neat (or disappear)[/STRIKE] The games are tidy so I did the CDs that were lying about. OHs brother took them out to look and listen to and never put them back :mad: nevermind he flies home on Monday :j

    1. Sort the shoes.. I always have dozens of outgrown pairs!

    Have started the bedroom but will finish it tomorrow and do spare room. Im going to have another cuppa and a read of the paper.

    - Fish and vegetables decluttered :D

    - A box of papers that was scooped out of the dining room a while ago has been half emptied and papers sorted into relevant box files....which are PINK by the way :D

    - Dog kicked for messing up the piles of papers several times.... :rolleyes:

    - Sink filled for dishes to be done

    - Am wondering why there is no wine in the house.....

    Yes this would normally be the case, but I havent bought any so as not to ruin my 'diet' (if you can call it that :rolleyes:)

    My neighbour brought some over yesterday though and we had a glass....now its Friday it feels like it should be compulsary.... :rotfl:

    Yes it was almost £200 :eek::eek::eek::eek: although I have birthday and christmas money to cover it. I also bought everything in 2 sizes as wasn't sure which to get, hope they do returns on sale stuff...couldn't find anything on the site about it. Not sure when it will come.
