if you join online it will tell you everything you need to know - sorry don't hav the details to hand

You really dont need to eat WW products to do the plan.

Hi thanks for the reply. I have just read the last page on this thread about the coming changes to plans, is it worth me waiting until it is launched before I join ? And if so when is it going ahead ?

    Thanks again

    :)

it's totally upto you - I don't know the exact date or the exact changes....

but I would say if you want to loose weight - start today! :)

at least if you start now you get a head start on your weight loss regardless of any changes to any plan ;)

but try not to rely on ready meals - they may be pointed on the box, but are not teaching you how to make good food choices - and if you like ready meals and thats your pref work out the points of oter brands, you may find that the WW ones arent always the lowest in points, some of the light supermarket own ones might be the same or lower for less money.

Thank you for the tips I will join soon. Cant decide if Online or Local class is the way foward, online is more appealing as I am quite shy in person :o yet more at ease on a computer.

I know people who have been succesfull at both...

Personally I think I like going to class - someone sees your weight at the scales, and you can't hide from that! Also staying to class is so packed full of tips and support - you just don't get quite the same thing from online.

    purley personal view :)

  • I've lost my motivation - I go to class but our leader left and we didn't get a new one for 3 weeks.

I must get back on track
