Suze I'm finding it hard doing it solo too - sorry I can't help more at the moment but if I suddenly figure it out I'll let you know. I'm in the same boat with only a stone (at most) to loose and did well for a few weeeks and then went off the rails last weekend and having problems getting back on. Still want to lose the stone as I love how great being slimmer has made me feel and would love to have a bit of a buffer so if I gain some I won't find myself not fitting my new, gorgeous clothes.0

I think im going to get weighed in the morning and write my points out like I used to in the classes and just try to stick to it! Ill try and come on here a bit more often for motivation I think, I did really well and got down to 10st 7lbs last time and I felt fab! I think if I can do it by xmas ill be able to gain a little over the festive period and still be around my goal!

i'm sorry i haven't posted for a couple of weeks, i haven't been well and missed two ww classes
went back today and put on +0.5lb, no 87 on the list. i'm ok with this, i thought it would be more as ww went out of the window....am going to really try this week

Hi there i recently was told about changes to weight watchers soon that will make all equipment books ect useless as a new points system will come in that will take in to account transfats and other meassurments when i asked my leader i was told i was not meant to of known and to be quiet as the rest of the people at the meeting were not meant to of known.
i have started an online petition which i plan to give to weight watchers demanding a full refund for all equipment useless after the change please sign
And I have a bebo group if anyones interested in joining to spread the word
