Well after me moaning about not getting enough exercise on friday, I decided to invest in a cross trainer over the weekend! I paid £35 off ebay, after offering to go and pick it up that day and pay cash :money:

Im concentrating on getting back into the ww way of thinking first with the food this week then from next Wed (im away sat-tue) ill be fitting exercise in daily! Ive put so much weight on since finishing the gym, well near enough a stone, and since the cross trainer was the only thing I used rather than joining again I went out and bought one :o

Ive not got to make a conscious effort to go on it each/every other day x

    thanks

I love having tuna with mine, use light mayo, one tin of tuna some onion and maybe sweetcorn or something :)

Think its only about 3.5-4 points then the points for the potato but it is filling! Or you could have ww beans with a light sprinkle of cheese on ("light" being the key word lol) x

Ive just pointed the tuna and its:

    Tuna: 3 points (whole tin)
Light Mayo: 1.5 points (3 tablespoons)
    Onion: 0
    Sweetcorn: 0.5 (roughly 2 tablespoons)

So if you have half one day and half the next its only 2.5 for your filling :D

I always try to avoid cheese because im one of those people who could literally live off it, which is not good! I tend to use it as a garnish like over salads sometimes where I can get away with using just a sprinkling to get rid of my craving but not enough to do damage! My other vice is pork pies and brown sauce lol yet another "devil" food :rotfl:

I got down to 10st 7 last year and can honestly say I felt great and didnt want to loose any more, I then came off pointing and thought I could just guess roughly but it didnt work and a couple of months ago I finally got on the scales and pooped myself when I seen 11st 9!! over a bloody stone id put on, no wonder my hips wouldnt go near my skinny jeans, and my other jeans ad my boyfriend put it looked like they'd been sprayed on or id been poured into them!

    BAD TIMES lol x

Hey, i usually weigh myself every Friday morning so if i do have any slip ups over the weekend i can usually make up for it through the week! It seems to be the best way for me since if im gonna go for a meal or drinks it will be at the weekend.

I dont do running either (run like a total mong!) but walking is a really good starting point, eventually you'll be able to walk quicker and for longer :) good luck x
