Hi All
I joined WW week before last, had a 3lb loss in first week so really pleased although a long way to go!!
Quick question: Do people use their activity points? I have heard mixed reports on this and forgot to ask my leader.
What are peoples thoughts please

hiya everyone
Not posted for ages, I have reached the goal weight set by my ww leader and now have my gold card.
I would actually like to go a bit lower and said this at the time but she said no, don't bother as you won't have to pay anymore! I wasn't worried about the money, it was more down to getting down to the weight I used to be. I am still a stone heavier than when I met my OH 7 years ago.
Bit upset about it all to be honest. I have cancelled my monthly pass and not sure I will still go to meetings. Can still access the online stuff as my OH is still doing ww online. And can I say I am really proud of him he has lost over 2 and a half stone now and is still really keen. We both started ww as my son gets married next Aug and we set ourselves a goal to be thinner lol
I do think ww is a great thing, the points system worked for me,(went out for a meal tonight and the points just jumped out at me) just maybe the meetings didn't

Hi all, long time for me not being here because i tried slimming world but it's not for me. I am now back on WW but i was eating more on slimming world because you don't have to weigh, which is why i tried swapping, but am finding it hard to reduce it all again.
Anyway well done to all the losses and MrsRogers i don't use my activity points as i would rather not do the activity and not eat points, rather than exercise and eat more. I still exercise but i will use them if for a special treat occasionally. HTH
Am off for an early night.
Night all

Morning. 2.5lbs off for me last night. Whoopeeee. That's 12lbs in total.
Hi Mrs Rogers - no, I don't use my activity points (unless I'm craving a chocolate fix half way up a mountain, but then you gain about 30 points for climbing a mountain, and I use about 5)0 -
arggghhhh
broken my pedometer this morning - by broken i mean broken, dropped off trousers while in toilet type of broken!!!:D
does anyone know if they are on offer at meetings at moment as they are online but online you have to pay for delivery so wasnt sure whether to pay for delivery or chance that hte meetings will have one:D

Hi everyone, havent been on here for awhile, my 13th week this week. Have lost 35.5 lbs so far
longest time i have stayed on track so far, but i do have weeks where i dont lose alot, like last week only lost 0.5lbs. When i started was doing exercise about 5 times a week but now none
very bad but so hard to find the time.
Well done on everyone for losing and getting back to ww. I want to lose majority of my weight by myself at home using what books i have and the calculator, when i get like a st or so above my goal will return to the meetings and actually pay for the help and then to get my gold card. (is that cheating? lol) i just cant afford meetings right now but when i get closer to goal i will need all the help i can get. And the free wi with a group sounds exactly what i need. Have a good week everyone xxx0 -
I really need a kick up the bum lately! I decided to start healthy eating a few weeks ago then gave up and had a bit of a bad weekend. Im now sat in my room and have just decided that ive lost all motivation to loose weight. Admittedly I only need to loose around 1st but I find it so hard!
I bought a cross trainer last week with the intention of it kick starting my healthy eating and its just sat there
How do you lot motivate yourselves to stick to ww? Im not at the classes this time trying to do it myself, maybe the whole getting weighed scared me into not eating last time lol x0
