hi all
not been on for a few weeks had my weigh in last night and lost
-0.5lb thats 20lb altogether, just 1lb to go for my 1 and half stone and 2 and a half pound to reach my goal of 9st 6lb:j, although i'd like to loose a couple more pound after that.
Great losses for everyone, keep up the good work!:T

Can I sign up to this thread too please? I've been on WW for a while & have lost 1st 7lbs so far but fizzled out a bit... back on the ww train now though!
I'm currently 9st 11lbs :whistle: and I'd like to lose 1 stone to go back to my old weight - before I gained my 'boyfriend layer'.

Woohoo, lost 1lb this week. That's 5lbs in 3 weeks. I'm really pleased as I had a bad couple of days at the beginning and have been playing catch up all week.
Keep getting a really bad case of munchies every evening, so I'm trying to save a few points each day to cater for it. I'm sure it's not good to eat at this time of night, but I'm worried I'll just give up if I have to go to bed hungry all the time. I am drinking like a fish, so I know it's not thirst. (Do fish drink?? Lol) Does anyone else get like this?:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0 -
I wouldnt worry to much about eating in the evening, aslong as you have the points for it then it shouldnt matter when you eat them.0

Morning all
been a horrendous week for me, been laid up with a nasty tummy bug but on the plus side seem to have lost about half a stone so it's not all doom and gloom lol. Missed my weigh in this week but think I'll get a bit of a ticking off for losing so much weight so quickly when I go next week. Gonna let myself have a few extra points over the next few days to get myself back on my feet.
Just discovered that my lloyds ppi refund which I'm planning to use for a whole new wardrobe for my new figure will take six weeks to come through!! So it least it gives me some extra time to get to where I want to be.
Nice to see so many successes this week for everyone, such a boost when you can see it working for you :T0 -
not weighed in for about 3 weeks as not really pointing/tracking and had kinda fell off the wagon. New wave of determination has finally caught up with me so went to wi last night and had lost 0.5lbs!!!!!
I am very happy with that, although i havent lost much overall, 4.5lbs which is pants seen as started end of jan.
So I have bought myself the tracker book thing so i can carry it around at all times (anyone else find the folder a little bulky????) and means i can keep all my days together and will be easy to look at what i have eaten on good weight loss weeks. Just need to keep up filling it in and tracking. also back to measuring my portions, although i am happy to say my guessing wasnt so far off really.
Am working on my weigh in day next week and seem to be working on all the other days that have meetings on near me so will weigh in in a fortnight.
well done to all the losses!!!!! some good numbers.

Had my WI this morning. A STS for me this week, so I'm still stuck at 11st 3lb.
It's irritating, but I know it's my own fault for doing next to no exercise this week. From tomorrow onwards, I'm going to make sure I exercise everyday this coming week in hope that I will have a loss next week. I'm only 1lb away from hitting my New Years Resolution goal that I set myself for 6 months, so it's irritating having a STS this week, but completely my own fault.

Yey I lost 2.2 pounds this week. going to be harder this week as I need to weigh a day early plus I cant do as high impact exercise in the run up to the moonwalk as I cant risk being achey or pulling anything. Will do my best though0
