That seems rather extreme! It would kinda make sense if you didn't already have a cat, but surely Lewis must be proof enough that you're allowed one! And a tenacy agreement that states as much is surely the same as a letter *confused* Grrr!!

I called the housing association and they said exactly the same, it's in the tenancy conditions that I don't need permission! I don't understand the logic personally.
