Well done KK, hope Natasha isn't too far behind. She's happy to use the toilet, but she's not very reliable and I wouldn't dare take her anywhere without a nappy yet.
Ryan wouldn't use a toilet, only a potty. The only reason he started was because we went on holiday, so it was a different toilet, and we told him it was a potty! He used it happily all week, and then started using our toilet when we got home. Kids!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Wel as of today I am officially on the hunt for a job. Spoke to my boss this morning and there's a slim to nil chance of there being anything else come up for when my contract ends in April. They don't want me to leave and I don't want to leave but unfortunately there just isn't any funding available to keep me on. So unless something unexpected comes up I'll be out of a job come april. Best start getting my application forms sent off....Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Sorry to hear about the job... we just found out that our CAB is closing at the end of this month too
They are only two days a week as it is!
Great news about KK though.... Connor managed one wee on the potty yesterday then all over the floor!

Afternoon all! Well at some point this afternoon I've got the Sky guy coming to install tv. I've gone with them for everything after getting a deal. Can't remember if I posted about it on here (My memory is god awful!) But for one off £30 I'm getting sky +, all the entertainment channels, a movie package for a month, my broadband, phone calls and line rental. They're giving me the broadband free for 6 months so it's going to be £34 a month for everything for that 6 months, which is only about £5 more than I was paying before for just my internet and phone. After the 6 months it goes up to £51 but by then I'll have a permanent job all being well so it won't be a problem
Just wish he'd hurry up. I hate waiting around for people!
KK is doing brilliantly with her potty training. Have had no accidents day or night now since the weekend. I'm amazed she'd gotten the hang of it this quickly. I think that's a new record! Only started properly on friday... it's literally taken her a few days. She's yet to go to her dad's as he wouldn't have them on the weekend (hence me going all out potty training cold turkey from friday.) as he normally does, and apparently he won't let her use a potty. It's toilet or nothing. So it's yet to been seen what happens there. She's done really well though, I'm really proud of her
Had a quick look at the finances this morning, and all being well I'm planning on paying £100 off the egg card at the end of the week. That'll still leave £70 for everything else bar bills and let us take KK out for her birthday too. Can't believe my baby's nearly 3.
Hope everyone's well!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Well done KK :T (and you!). Grrr to exes, mine is also a bit reluctant with the potty training stuff, she had a nappy on all day today whilst with him, despite me saying I was potty training her. :insertbannedsmileyhere:

sorry about the job Sar. However, I think you will have loads of doors open up to you with the experience you've gathered and something amazing will come your way.

*phew* what a busy few days! Work has been really busy, and friday was KK's birthday so has been pretty non stop! Ian and I took the girls to the sea life centre in birmingham yesterday which was really cool but sooo expensive  officially skint now so will have to wait til next week to pay something off the egg card.
K had a good birthday
Sent off my application form for that job so fingers crossed.. should hear something this week if I'm going to. *crosses fingers*
In other news my consent order for the divorce has come through (finally) which removes all my liability for the old joint hire purchase me and the ex had. That means I can now get my credit reports updated and have the financial link removed between me and my ex. Which is good, might actually have a decent credit score then!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
