  • Hi everyone, haven't posted in a while so just thought i'd pop in with an update.

Sold 19 items on ebay, made around £105 after fees, have just listed another 8 items and still have a lot of clutter to get listed but have been stuck for time this last week or so,

Have started matched betting (big thanks to Betmunch!!) and have made a profit of about
£30 so far but am still taking it slowly and finding my feet with this but really enjoying it.

Best news is that i got a cheque from the lovely tax man today for
£750, have a friend who is an accountant and got him to do my tax return this year (free of charge) and voila they owed me!! Am not adding it to my total yet as I have a few big bills due February so want to get them out of the way first and will add what's left to my total.

Big thank you to everyone on this thread for their ideas and motiviation.

Big thank you to all, I never list things BIN because I don't think they're worth anything, but thanks to all the encouragement on here I did yesterday and have sold 3 items already with about £15 profit, not massive but it all helps.

Must work out where I am with this and update my sig.

Anyone who does Mystery shopping, who do you work for? Tern consultancy are advertising so I applied to them, also googled it and top was an agency which charge you £34 a year to join, put me off a bit. Any advice would be great, thank you.

Been doing my proper job (body shop consultant) tonight, earned around £40, not counting that as it's not extra money. Did go and buy 10 tins of heinz beans for £3 at tescos on the way home and Lidis have got 2 big pampers packs for £10 at the moment and asda has cheap baby stuff too so done some shopping saving this week.

Saw a old game in a charity shop today gutted I didn't get it as researched it tonight and looks like it could go for 100 times the price tag will be popping there first thing in morning.

Went to kitchen showroom yest and a sheet of marble fell on my 2yr old daughter and broke her leg so been in shock with that bl0ody lucky it didn't get her head or ribs (she was stood right next to me not running wild) so looks like a couple of weeks of sofa days here now
  • Sold a DVD on Play.com for £2.99. After postage and fees I should be left with £1.29 profit. Ah well every little helps!!! :D

Never pay a mystery shopping company to join - the legitimate ones never ask this. There is a mystery shopping thread here on Up Your Income - check out the first post for info and a list of companies to sign up with.
