September 2011 brides... lets talk!

OMG, 16 days left to get everything sorted!!!!!!
Paid my cake off today, cars & coach being paid on Friday, hopefully picking up my wedding dress tomorrow, still loaded with the cold and still sooooooo much to do arghhh lol.

Is anyone else finding it hard to get to sleep? WHen I lie downa bout 40 million things run thru my head lol

As you can probably tell, sleep is not coming easily for me. I have to be up at 6!
Still, I've put the time to good use by finishing my table decorations and sewing the ribbons on my ballet shoes for the evening. Just the favours, bridesmaid's shoes, and everything for the honeymoon to sort now. Arggggh.

Oh and we've still not finalized the table plan.

I have just spent the last few hours trying to do a wedding website ... mental moi!? Did I succeed .. ermmm NOPE! So thats a few hours I will NEVER get back lol!!

Before you all think I have totally lost the plot.. it was for the party wich is 2 months after the wedding so its not quite as mad as you first imagine!!!

Hell yeah! I couldn't sleep last night as it dawned on me that I have this weekend to do all my last minute bits and so I lay there listing them and thinking about how long they will take and thinking - it can't be done!

I don't actually have a lot to do; it's just all fiddly stuff - but I do have to pack my wedding dress which is worrying me! All made worse by Saturday being disrupted so I can go get my nails done.

My boss ummed and erred about me having Tuesday off which would have been very useful for last minute packing and stuff.

My hands are actually shaking most of the time at the moment, and I feel sick - still, if I can't eat, at least I'll lose that last bit of weight I wanted to shift!! Silver linings.

Code and s23xy hope you are feeling better. Sympathy sniff to you.

OMG its September!!!! Only 17 days to go :eek::eek::eek:

Im totally stressing.... so much to do but i don't know what or where to start!!!

Im doing a sweetie table and i cannot find the size of scoops i want ... i need 2oz or 3oz or 4oz at the most and i can't believe how hard it is to actually find these things! I have been looking for them for over 2 months now and i cant find any ... well i can but they are not what i want!!! I want the small metal ones but all i can get is 5oz and they are just too big... i don't want people to be too greedy but i know they will be.

Im still awaiting RSVPs and i need to know who is coming....

I've still got the cold and i cant shake it. I've taken today off to get the house tidied and get some wedding stuff done but now am just sitting watching bridezillas cause i cant be bothered to move off the couch.

I wish i could get the motivation to do what i need to do and i still need to loose weight and all im doing at the moment is eating... im hungry all the time which is not helping

I recon I've just forced a weeks worth of work into two days. And finally I think I'm nearly done. phew. Wish I had time now to relax before Saturday but nope, and any chance of me having a proper manicure done are out of the window. So feeling very unbride like with cake mix under my nails and I'm covered in icing sugar. OH has only just kind of sorted the cds out for the venue, I say kind of because he sorted out 3 songs and wandered off and I finished it off and burned the cd off.
I've spent the last 2 days sorting out all of the cakes for the buffet, a word from the now-wise, don't do your own food! It's a nightmare.
Still got all of the food to prepare tomorrow night, and fetch at the same time as working, but a few of my lovely friends are coming over to help me.
Still don't know if my dad is giving me away yet or if my parents and sister are even coming. They wanted me to go over for a few hours to day but instead my OH went as I can't spare any time at all. Oh had a go at my dad as he was moaning about why should he bother making the effort to come to my wedding, I couldn't believe that he had said that. One of my friends is coming all the way from NI, has took a week off work and was in a car crash last weekend, so is on crutches but can hardly move and is covered in bruises. But is still coming! Makes me glad I have such wonderful friends! Mum also moaned that she hadn't been more involved, except she had never offered.
