Well, I haven't heard diddly squat about my holiday and neither has my cheque been cashed.
I'm beginning to wonder if it got lost in the post somewhere!Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -
Just come back from Pontin's Brean, wasn't a bad holiday, though not a great deal included the little there was additional charge, nothing was open around the area, not 'til end of March, Keith Harris, Orvil and Cuddles was on there and at least the kids enjoyed it too. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0

How did you find the acccomadation Bex? We are going here on our Sun holiday later in the year? We havent upgraded, but as long as it's clean and functioning, we dont mind.
Was suprised to find out we have to buy electricity tokens when we are there This seems so old fashioned. Never come across this before, and have stayed in many caravan parks! Also, was the pool ok?
Thanks for any info.0 -

The chalet we stayed in must have been repainted for the start of the year, so was clean and tidy, we had standard accommodation and was fine, though not that big, but still was just somewhere to sleep for a few hours, we got £5 of electricity included in the welcome pack. The swimming pool was OK too, has a small water slide too, the kids enjoyed that and spent several hours a day there, the heating for the pool broke down on the Saturday so was a lot colder than the Friday, though was later fixed, kids had a go on the Quad Bikes (£5) and took them on the Go Karts (£2.50 each if tall enough or £3 if with an adult), my kids were a little upset they couldn't go on their own like other places have let them as the height restrictions were different here. There is also trapeze, climbing wall, zip line and a couple of other chargeable activities.
We popped into Weston but it was a ghost town, nothing there open at the moment. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... Kidwelly is not full of boarded up shops and pubs - it is a quiet town admittedly, but what we have got is nice - youngsters are respectful, we have a fantastic Normal Castle dating from 1115, one of the best in the UK. A fantastic free museum in the tinplate works and several really friendly pubs that do great food at reasonable prices. We have a seven mile blue flag beach and a fabulous country park (Pembrey with a ski slope, Go Ape, etc) Having moved here from Birmingham three years ago we know how lucky we are,0
