Hi guys, have sun holiday booked but hubby cant get time off work - can you change the dates - or if I passed it on how does it work in that its booked under our names not the new persons?

Do ring the park direct and try changing the date. It's worked for me in the past with independent sites but have no experience with haven etc

Got my letter this morning. Had booked through the postal system. Really chuffed as got my second choice of park, and 3rd choice of dates.:j
Going to pontins in somerset. Have read a few reviews, and they are mixed to say the least, but we always go with an open mind!
The one thing though, that does seem to be consistant is the advice to upgrade. Has anyone had any experience of this? We tend to just use the park as a base, spend time in the pool, and explore the local are, and so therefore book the budget accomadation, and as long as it's clean and functioning we dont mind.
Anyone been here and have any advice please? Also it looks like a busier park than we are used to going to. Is there lots to do for kids?

When did you post your tokens off? I sent ours on Jan 21st and no word yet. Never done this before so not sure when to expect anything. Thanks!

Hi, I have received my booking confirmation for Pontins, Southport but I can't go that week! Does anyone know if I am able to change the date directly with Pontins? Cheers

Jelliebeen,- I sent them off the first day i could, after i collected the 10 tokens. Think it would have been 18th but not sure!
Last time i didnt hear right up until the last date, (it's 25th Feb this time), so i wouldn't worry. Was actually very surprised to get my holiday so quickly, as it was a postal application!

Give Pontins a ring direct, you can normally change but it is dependant on which company it is

iv'e been off this week from work(great! housework):mad: and be practically sitting behind the letterbox on the postie(like a pet dog waiting to pounce)waiting for my HOLIDAY!!!!:eek: to no avail. my cheque was cashed in about two weeks ago, hope it's not lost in the post,hope the park have remembered to sort out my holiday,hope the postie didn't drop any mail,hope we get it through the post soon, maybe the postie is hiding round the corner and waiting for me to go out tehe!!i'm sooo impatient:think:
