I had a bad packet of Curly Wurlys, they tasted vile, and I complained because god knows what was in them. Posted them back at my own expense....

    postage £2, curly wurlys £1.50

cadburys gave me a £3 voucher which i think is a bit pathetic. It wasnt complaining for the sake of it, it was because i was relatively concerned about what i was eating!

Do you think I should write back?

Yes, definitely! Tell them how much you spent. They should at least recompense you in full, and they ought to give you extra for your troubles. You'd have thought Cadbury's would be watching their backs and offering better customer service, after the trouble they've had in the past year or so...
  • Complained to Early learning centre last week about very loud music and useless sa, got a letter back this morning saying how sorry they were. An email would have been sufficent?

Am still not shopping there ever again, so its their loss.
  • My hubby is a retail mamnager and having worked in retail myself I know how little people get reminded of how good they are when they get good treatment... so if i have genuine complaint i like to also send a thank you to another company that has exceeded my expectations!!!

I have to say this is usually John Lewis or Coast, but they always write back to say how much it is appreciated, i espesially feel it is important to mention any nice staff.

tO there credit i also want to say Thank you to Faith (shoes) who after sending me an email saying they would forward £5 in vouchers to my 4 friends (and didn't) they promptly sent me an additional £20 for me :-) I had told them how much i loved their shoes and was so disapointed!!! the paper had pink shoes all around it. I often find something, polite, eye catching and possibly amusing ofter helps!

Karma seems to be being good to me at the mo as i haven't had anythign to complain about recently :-)

I ordered a shirt from the liverpool FC shop. shirt cost £29.99, postage £4.95. I requested that the shirt was delivered to my work address - instead, the fools posted it to the billing address (too big to fit through letter box - I wasn't there to answer the door cos i was at work!)which meant I had to go to the post office to collect it. Shirt was too big anwyay so sent it back and requested postage was refunded (as I had to collect the parcel from PO on a saturday morning which was very inconvenient). The sneaky beggars refunded me the cost of the shirt and didn't even acknowledge my complaint re: the postage! Needless to say, I have fired off another angry letter...

For weeks now we have been having bills for things from a Next Directory, and a directory itself, sent here, despite calling them several times to say that this person doesnt live here!!!

It is starting to get annoying as the post coming is now from DCAs  obviously wanting money this person owes them. Seen as they are not taking any notice of my calls about removing this address from their systems, does anyone have details of a customer service address that I could complain to?

Hi guys and gals!! Just been to the 'Morrisons' cafe and I must say that we had an awful time there - the tables were not clean/the meal was served late and it was undercooked!.....who do I write to in order to complain??. Would be grateful for an email address or address to write to.

    Many thanks!

I sent off 2 complaint letters today. One for Pizzahut and the other for Morrisons Cafe. We had bad experiances this week in both places.

Pizzahut was terrible food, we had paid for the buffet but there was no pizza most of the time, also I couldnt get my wheelchair around the stands. In morrisons, the food was awful (shell in the egg and salty, cold etc), rude staff and no where for me to place my wheels.

It really pi$$es me off that everywhere is supposed to be wheelchair friendly and it still isnt!
