I complained to Minky Products via email on Friday, I've had a read receipt to say they've read it, but no response yet. Their new dishwashing thing is a really poor design & means that the stopper holding in the washing up liquid keeps coming out!

I'll leave it a week & see what happens!

Im sorry, but why on earth would you moan at them bacause your daughter had an allergic reaction, hardly there fault is it?

Im diabetic, do you think I should complain to cadburys because I cant eat their chocolate?

    Seriously, that absolutely ridiculous!

Yes, but its not the companies fault that your daughter is allergic to them, its just one of those things.

What would be the point in complaining? You are not gonna use free products if they send you them, are you? So, do you want money? They arent gonna change the recipe just becuase one person is allergic.

Also, what has natural goodness got to do with it? Milk is full of natural goodness, but I cannot drink it as I am lactose intolerant.

I look at it this way.

There are two outcomes to a complaint.

1, The company in question will change its practices, or ensure correct practice is followed. Like if you complain about bad service.

2, the company will give you compensation for any distress you have suffered as a result of a fault with their product. Food that is off etc. A dangerous toy, etc.

Just dont buy jelly babies again, problem solved.

Also, this isnt to do with you bunn, but why do people complain if they do not like food in a restaurant? If the food is warm, cooked properly etc, and it is just not to your taste why complain? Every chef is gonna make something differently.

I emailed Next to complain about a pair of boots that I purchased in store. Bought end of Nov, wore mid dec at weekend, heel tips right down, put new ones on, again wore down, but main problem after only 4 times on sole came away from toes and holes in toes, very poor quality. I returned them and got gift card with cost and extra £6.75 although postage only £2.38 to send them back for inspection
