  • I've just received a letter from Tescos as had a problem with them taking the full balance payment for my credit card bill, when they should have taken the minimum, they looked into it and have credited my account with £25 and will refund any bank charges that I may have incurred. :T :j

  • I complained to Huggies end of last year as the nappies 'Little Walkers' we used were absolute rubbish and our little one was soaked after an hour or so of wearing them. I got a letter back saying that maybe we should try the next isze up as all babies were shaped differently and they enclosed a £6.00 voucher for another pack in their range!

    I have a few complaints.

My ghd straightners broke 2 weeks ago, i rang up toni&guy - where i had bought them from and told them my straightners had broke and they were still under warranty as i bought them last april and had the original packaging, bag & reciept.

So i took them up the day after and give them my reciept and packaging they said would take upto 2 weeks which i did not mind.

When i took my straightners to toni&guy i said i rang up the day before and she said they dont usually send them off but she will this once. And asked for my address & number. And reciept too .... i give them all.

The day after she rang me and said she would post my reciept to me.

Anyway last week i had a call saying my straightners were back. I collected them and she didnt give me a bag to put them in or anything. Just the packaging they had come back in - which as a pain as i at to walk about 10 minutes to the bus station. She also asked if i had my reciept through the post, i said no & she said you should of because i sent it 2 weeks ago so i corrected her and said i only bought them up last week i was not funny with her. And she was really snotty with me - which i dont think is right.

Is there a way i can complain to toni&guy? Because she did not give me a bag, lost my reciept & was very rude to me.

    Many thanks xxx

Just sent a complaint to Amazon, I have used them for 4 orders since before xmas. 3 orders have ended with a complaint of some type be it item not arriving for xmas or going missing in post! The 4th hasnt been delivered yet so lets hope its ok.

On this occasion I ordered 6 baby books, and they are not cheap either for what they are. First of all my order got delayed for 4 weeks because 1 item showing a delay was actually not available but hadnt been updated on their site. They had no intention of informing me or sending the in stock items. So I cancelled and reordered replacing it with another book.

4 books out of 6 arrive, 2 are bashed and covered in marks and dirt, look like they have been kicked about a warehouse! Apply for a replacement to them, arrive this morning 1 is exactly the same. The outstanding 2 arrived in seperate packing, 1 is damaged and dirty.

So I now have 8 books, 4 out of the 8 are damaged. The annoying thing is its blatantly obvious they werent damaged in transit so why bother advertising and selling them in the first place!

I am returning all but 2 as a couple arent as good as I hoped but when I arranged a return and sent a complaint they tell me they cant replace the damaged one I want replaced because the problem is more widespread. So they are obviously saying all the books are in the same state! Ridiculous now I will have to order elsewhere and pay postage costs becuase they cant keep their stock in saleable condition. (amazon was free on the order value)

    Am awaiting thier response.

I bought a pack of chapatis from ASDA yesterday. I went to open them this morning to make my daughters' lunches for school (they have them as wraps cos they're not as big as tortillas) and they were ALL stuck together. They just ripped when I tried to seperate them.

What should I do? Take them back to the shop, email them or somethng else???
explain what has happened and they should sort, if not ask for there had office number let me know how you get on
