Complained to Innocent smoothies after one of their smoothies was fizzy and smelt awful. I have just received a big box full of Innocent Smoothies, excellent customer service!

a few people on this thread have copmplained about those smoothies and the company have shipped out a load in compensation

I've just e- mailed amazon to complain about my order arriving four days after the latest delivery estimate. Normally I wouldn't bother, but this was a present. I was wondering if anyone has ever complained to amazon before and what response did you get? Thanks!
