I complained to wilkinsons about some light bulbs i brought ages ago and they sent me a £5 gift voucher.

I bought some El Paso Fajitas & called their customer service line as the instructions to heat them up are on the inside of the packaging & you're not supposed to open the packaging if you're microwaving them!

He just laughed & said he'd pass it on . . .:rolleyes:

received email today from wilkinsons saying that there must have been a fault on the border & are going to send me a gesture of goodwill towards a new border. hmmmm will let you know what it is

a while back I was having a chicken caeser salad in Pizza Express when i crunched on a smallish piece of stone , I just put it on the side of the plate and wasn't going to bother saying anything but OH showed the waitress, the duty manager came over apologised insisted she write it down to be investigated (was thought to be from the suppliers of their veg etc not being washed properly ) gave us our meal for nothing and also we wre sent 15 pounds in vouchers . now that really was good service:D

Bought two cans of spray tan by L'Oreal in Boots as they were on BOGOF and I am super pale. Really chuffed with the results, and much cheaper than having it done at a salon. But, the second time I used it, it got jammed and wouldn't dispense anymore, even after rinsing the lid out. Same happened with the second one, so I emailed L'Oreal, who mailed straight back asking for the batch numbers, where I'd bought them and my home address. That was today, so will let you know how I get on.

got a letter from pizza hut today with £15 of vouchers & an email to take to pizza hut for a free meal for 4! result only took 8 months!!!!!

1 Imperial place, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1JN but I just went onto website & contacrd them via the contact us link. Hope that helps
