innocent are FANTASTIC in regards to customer service.

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
  • Innocent are definetely great with complaints, Not many companies out there who would do the same! :)

I complained to Asda a week or so ago (by email) that I'd bought a multipack of their "Cheese Curls" and they weren't very nice (they really weren't either).

Got an email back within 24 hours saying they were refunding me by mail - yesterday I got a £5 shopping card in the mail.

Pretty good service and I did enjoy the pizza and beer I bought with it yesterday!! (£1 Chinese Chicken Pizza - special edition for Chinese New Year, and three bottles of beer for £4).
  • No - but it should be moved to another board
Have this week bought a pack of 100 cd envelopes from Staples - the clear plastic ones- needed all 100 which is unusual for me, anyway guess what?! yep there were only 99 in there .... normally I wouldn't have noticed not usually needing all 100 however sods law the one time I do they aren't all in there!

Worth a complaint? if so by mail or email, which is better usually?

    TIA

I complained to Pizza Express because my husband and I were totally ignored by their staff and then to told to wait five minutes while they cleared a table. We waited patiently while seeing customers leave and no attempt by staff to clear a table and after 15 minutes we left in disgust without a staff member even acknowledging us. To my surprise we got an apology with £2o of vouchers which we look forward to using.

I complained to pizza hut today direct to customer services after complaining last MAY & having no response. Got a phone call within an hour from a really nice customer service manager who will be sending me a letter of apology & a free 3 course meal for 4 at my local pizza hut.

No - but the title needs to change
Found a black bean in a tin of Heinz's finest. Filled in an online comment form and got a voucher for £3 in the post the very next morning.

I recently complained to Argos as I paid for Saturday delivery which is between 7am-3pm, got up early incase they arrived at 7ish and they didn't turn up all day. Phoned the courier company and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered so cancelled the order and got someone to pick up the item instore. A few days later I got home from work and a completely different item (same order no.) had been left on my doorstop. After many phonecalls received £20 gift vouchers which I was well pleased with on a £60 item. Just shows is worth persisting.
My mum had a similar problem last week, according to the delivery guy argos' times for delivery are different to theirs as they just get put in the van when they arrive at the depot and he delivers in his "patch" he was rather rude to my mother by all accounts and she only got a £5 voucher back!! lol

So you did really well their!

I wrote to JP juices as I and several other people I know find the caps in their 500ml bottles really hard to open. I got an email back saying it was for freshness and that she had experienced the same problem but not to the extent I had, but she would pass my concerns on to the factory.

I also phoned Morrisons customer service line last week because the wheels on the trolleys at my local store keep sticking. It may not sound much but when you have a trolley full of your own and your housmates shopping and it keeps sticking when you try to push it round corners or move to the side of the aisle its no fun. Still waiting to hear back on this one, I'll just be happy if they get new trolleys!

My previous complaints with companies have been with coca-cola and pepsi co for introducing saccharine (which I am intolerant to) into drinks I like. This happened recently with fanta lemon :( coca-cola just gave me the generic "we'll pass your comments on" reply whilst pepsi sent me some vouchers.
I also had cause to complain to the post office in the past. I went to the big one in the city where I currently live. It wasn't at all busy so I went straight up to a free assistant at the counter. She was very rude asking who had called me up (they have one of those daft announcing systems that calls you to the counter that was free, but this time most were free and hers was the nearest.) I responded that no one had, but there was no counter and hers was free. She then called up the next customer to come and proceeded to serve her before me:mad:. Not only this, but the woman behind me was Asian and had a bit of an accent, the assistant went on to get the woman to repeat what she wanted many times even though she was easy to understand. At this point I had enough and went to another counter, I asked for to see the manager but apparently he was on his lunch break. When I got home I sent a complaint through the royal mail website. It took ages to get anything back, but when I did here back I just got told that the regional manager had been informed and that was it, no apologies or anything. I went back a few months later and she was still working there, although I haven't seen her there recently. So I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the post office and royal mail.
