Complaint Letter Successes

I emailed NEXT to complain about an umbrella I purchased from their clearance store as one of the spokes was already broken (ie sheared in half) when it opened for the first time.
I advised them that whilst it only cost £1 and I was disappointed,I wouldn't be taking the item back to the shop (not worth making the 30 mile round trip) and I was really just emailing them to say they needed to tighten up on their quality control as someone could've been injured.

I received a £20 gift voucher from them in the post yesterday so big thumbs up to them

Complained to Cadburys because the majority of sweets in a box of Heroes was all white coated and crumbly - £5 Cadbury's voucher

Emailed Simple after their baby wipes burnt my skin:eek: - £5 Simple voucher and a label to send the pack back - something was seriously wrong with them! I wouldn't put them anywhere near a baby!!

ok next email i am sending is one to walkers wotsits this was all the contents of the packet of crisps i opened was one in a multi pack the rest were ok!







these are all the crisps i got and the rest were blocks of the cheesey stuff they put in to make them cheesey not the most pleasant thing to look at i got a shock! am off to find an email address for walkers!

ahh lol good job i have not found the walkers email addy then! i cant believe i was in such shock i didnt read the packaging to notice they were not even walkers doh!! golden wonder of course? were they ever walkers? maybe i am just mad! will email them now thanks for the help let you know what happens! x

Lol I don't think they were ever Walkers!
They were pretty good when I emailed them, replied within a day or two and sent me £3 voucher within a week.
