NoIve just send an email to Jim Garrahys Fudge Kitchen complaining about their minimum £5 spend in their shops if you want to pay by card. When at Christmas you could buy a slice of fudge for £3.75 incl delivery on line and pay by card. Not sure Ill hear anything back tho!0

I had a fantastic meal at Caffe Uno in Rugby a coupld of months ago, and so when I next saw my parents decided to take them to their closest one, in Birmingham. Totally different experience! Food was terrible and small and service not up to scratch. I wrote a complaint email to the MD (found details on their website) about a month ago and received a letter a couple of days ago. As well as telling me how sorry they were and about the new implementations now in place, they gave me a £25 fvoucher for any of their restaurants. Very nice indeed!

Does anyone have an email address for TGI Fridays? All it has on the website is a comments box which I'm not keen on.
Had a vile meal there today and wish to let off some steam!
Many thanks in advance.:staradmin0 -
NoUpdate from Jim Garrahys Fudge Kitchen, email recieved today:-
I can confirm that there is a £5 card limit for purchases in all our shops. We do this because, as small retailers, it costs us such a lot to process card payments. We did run a short term special promotion for a fixed period where you could buy a single slice on line for less than that you are correct, but it was a special promotion and currently is not available. We will probably run this later in January when we have the results of our new flavour competition so we can give on line purchasers the chance to buy a single slice of our new flavour to see what its like.
I am very sorry that this inconvenienced you.0 -

NoI was reading though this thread and it has inspired me to complain about a couple of things that had annoyed me lately.
Firstly was an order that i placed on Whsmith online on the 16th Nov 07 which i was able to collect from store only yesterday! With no contact from them inbetween as to why.
Secondly I have emailed the owners of one of my local pubs which is part of a big chain and so say a family pub!(has a large soft play area) about the fact that the new management had decided not to allow children in to this years New Year Eve party even though we had enjoy the last 3 years there with no problems.
Im usually a sit back and do nowt sort of person so think i'll make my New Years Res to stand up for myself abit more, although only by email not phone:o0 -
NoSo I bought a multipack of Tesco crisps today and the last packet is stuck to the inside of the multipack wrapper packet - should I write a letter to Tesco about it? And if so, should I take a picture as proof?0
-
NoI've seen the packet stick to the outside packaging a few times before with Walkers crisps... Didn't complain though, as long as you can open the bag and eat it without making a mess it shouldn't be a problem...
